This company is a racketeering sham! I will no longer park in their lots. I am also going to encourage you to stop patronizing the businesses associated with their lots. For instance, Tavern on the tracks used to be a free lot when you went to Tavern on the Tracks. Well obviously Tavern OTT partnered with Preferred Parking and thus I will never patronize Tavern again since I got a ticket there since I never knew it had converted to paid. They also put one of those suction things on my window. My attorney told me next time they do that to just drill it off and I will if I ever mistakenly park in their lot again. This company makes more money ticketing people than in actual parking fees!

They, and anyone working for them (including their customer service representatives) are con artists. If they can trick you into paying when you shouldn't, they won't lift a finger to remedy the situation. To make matters worse, they own most of the parking lots uptown. The city needs to bust this company into pieces to maintain fair business practices, as they clearly have no intention of doing so on their own.

Unsure why it s taking almost 40 days to receive a response to my appeal, despite the website saying that fines do not accrue after submitting, they do! A $35 ticket, is now at $70 for a parking stall I PAID FOR.

I have contacted customer service multiple times with no progress. I will continue to call and email until this is sorted. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB due to the fact that it seems multiple people are having similar complaints.

They are not customer friendly at all. They have so many loop holes of keeping your money and arent will to work with you on refunding it. If you pay for parking through your employer, I suggest paying out of pocket and being reimbursed. Wagesworks along with preferred parking work together to make it difficult to cancel payments if something out of control happens after the 10th.

I usually don t even do reviews but with this experience I had too! WORST experience ever. They have a Park Mobile sign where you park so you are able to pay from your phone. I downloaded the app and purchased 2 hours and put the number where my vehicle was. Got back and a ticket was on the windshield. 10min after we parked our car. Emailed the email address when we called because they can t settle any disputes over the phone for some odd reason. This is a SCAM. & Something needs to be done about this company. Threatening me to pay before a certain date! When I have all my receipts everything is valid.

If I could give no stars I would. You gave us a parking ticket even though there was no spot number to put into an app, no signage and no machine to buy a parking pass. We tried to appeal it online and our request was denied via email within seconds of submitting it. We tried calling and your customer service representative was rude and aggressive. Your entire company is a SCAM.

Terrible experience. Resurfaced a ticket from 2018 that was appealed and thought it was dropped. No explanation on why I was just getting a notice about the ticket 3 years later. I will never enroll in their monthly parking again.

Some inbred piece of fat ticketed me after only 28 minutes of parking in spot where the first hour was free. The simpleton Uncle Tom I spoke with over the phone tried to tell me the sign did not state that. The ticket showed that a payment wasnt found for my "first free hour".

While visiting my brother in Charlotte for the weekend I attempted to use a parking pass which apparently was faulty. After going back to the concierge to retrieve another, I could not get out of the garage because I didn t have my ticket (machine ate it the first time) nor did the machine accept my permit without it. I then called Preferred parking customer service and was greeted with a spawn of Satan who sent me on false missions back and forth to the concierge only to corner me into paying the $35 ticket. I will never have anything good to say about this location of Preferred parking.
