This job sucks DID NOT WORK HERE!! The people are Rude!

Truckers: looks like 7am til 1pm, check in at door 2. Full truck unload around 45min. No appts.

I cannot trust them as a vendor after 9 years anymore. They have good products. The service is horrible. My previous rep took weeks upon weeks to process an order. Now Premier takes weeks to ship an order. They instituted a small order fee (which I can understand) and they no longer take credit cards and want payment upfront (which removes all pressure on them to complete an order in a timely and correct manner). You cannot get confirmation on colors being in stock or lead times on production. The prices change with the wind. They NEVER send the samples like thy say they will (reply to one of their marketing messages, maybe you'll hear something several months later). They drop product lines without notice. They just cannot understand how to communicate. At least payments by credit card kept them honest.

Thus guys don't even answer an email, I was needing some sealants, and even when I wrote that I needed a price asap, they didn't care! Probably they don't want to deal with small business people, however, I believe they could have emailed me back to let me know that.

I have been working with Premier Building for nearly 4 years. They have the most helpful and professional staff and they are such an asset to Massillon!

I get spam mail from these people all the time. I did not subscribe to their advertisements and will never buy from them. You want to have a mailbox full of spam, buy something here!
