I worked with Precision and personally one of the best places that I worked. Due to location contraints and career path I needed to shift. Deepali Khadakhbhan is the best CEO, I have ever come across. Hard working, considerate and postitve attitude, Being an Alumini, I still interact with her to get inspired. The team in US and India work hand in hand. I highly recommend the company. If you face any issues talk to them, they listen and adopt, will not let you down.

3. Management, Payroll, Marketing and Admin Team are very transparent with employees and help them professional and personal level.

I've been working for this company for the past 2 years and i'm happy to say that Precision has been leading towards success all the time. The CEO of this company Deepali Khadakhbhan is the best CEO i have ever seen, A very good inspiration she is for everyone who know her. The employees working at this company are so friendly maintaining a cool nature which gets you motivated every second to thrive towards our goals. They never get their employee down.

Someone from my company received a malicious email from this company. The link in the email was blocked by Chrome because it was dangerous. That's all I know about them.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Nimisha Golchha. I had a scheduled interview with her and her colleague and no one showed up on the call. I waited for almost 30 min. I would assume that I would be contacted the next morning about the technical glitch they had. They decided to reach out to me an entire week later. The thing that was unprofessional about her is that I didn't receive an apology from her side. Instead she "clarified" that "sometimes things happen" instead of apologizing for their technical difficulties. I totally understand that we run into technical glitches but reaching out a week later is unprofessional and unacceptable. Hope she can learn to be professional in the future and have a common courtesy to apologize to consultants instead of making up excuses.

My experience with the company has been positive in general. The team at Precision is very professional and deal with all the aspects of the business in the same way. I highly recommend this company to all the stakeholders - clients, employees and business collaborators.
