I own a pizza franchise and these guys are not only amazing with customer service, but always have the best prices and every random old piece that I'll need for all my equipment. This is always the place I go first for pizza equipment. In one instance, I made an order (I'm in Florida, they're based in MI) and the gentleman was actually headed down to Florida for vacation so he DROVE DOWN WITH MY PART and saved me on shipping. How insanely amazing is this? I can't recommend them enough, they've earned a lifelong customer.

These guys are awesome!! They're always there for sales and more importantly service. First rate technical help that will save time and money.

This is a shining example of how a company should be! They care about their employees like no other, the staff is kind and obviously knows what they are talking about. I have used this company for many years now and have never been disappointed. They have been in business for over 20 years!! Their name is synonymous with quality, and they do not deviate from that and have not for their whole time in business. They stand behind their products which is why they will go above and beyond if there are any warranty issues. If you want to be disappointed with your restaurant equipment purchase, then go somewhere else, with their competitive pricing over new and professionally refurbished equipment, this company can not be beat which is why I will continue to do business with them.

Never doing business with them again. I bought a 10,000 dollar pizza oven from them through eBay. It took 4 to 6 weeks arrived and on top of that it arrived damaged.

I asked the company to help me find a solution to fix this. At first, they wouldn t send me the part needed to fix it. On top of that, they wouldn t help cover the cost of repairing the oven.

I contacted eBay and asked for a full refund, and only after this was the company willing to cooperate. After eBay contacted the company, they sent me the part needed to fix the oven and also payed for the labor to repair it.

I m only writing this review because I don t want anyone else to have to put up with this.

I have been in business for 26 years and they have never let me down. This is my go to place for all my equipment and parts.
