Had the crew to our house, had to leave and go to work, when I got home I thought they had not done anything because my house was so clean, they had done it all and cleaned up after themselves like Professionals. I'm a contractor I know good work from bad and these guys are solid.
Extremely professional! Having been a do it yourselfer , I was very apprehensive about paying someone to do something I thought I could do just as good. Well, I was wrong.
Onsite Assessment
Dustin came out to our remodel and gave me wonderful advice that had I want to do it myself, I could. We went room by room trying to determine if we needed Sonos, or ceiling speakers, etc.. Next we took it to the backyard. Dustin designed a killer system at an affordable price.
Jessica sent over a very clear bid, even had cool photos of the items I d be buying.
Install:
Dustin did a great job letting me know what I could do to help save money and areas that frankly his team should do like program the amazing amp I got.
Luis and Brandon came showed up on time and left early! (That s a win when you are paying hourly right!) Luis gave me a few items I should consider in the future, extenders, adding another Sonos system, etc.. They cleaned up after themselves, and my place is ROCKING!
I can t wait to invite people over to hear the new system I got from PTC. (PS my neighbors are going to love me!)
I'll start this review with a disclosure. I am a ex employee of PTC with several years of experience in the custom low voltage integration industry. I left PTC because of personal issues that involved management style. I can say this strictly from a professional installers point of view. Ryan drove me to be a better installer. While we may not have meshed on a personal level he never settled for mediocrity and was himself a first rate programmer and system designer. From a insiders perspective I know what it takes to design, manage and install custom systems of the scope that PTC does. If I could not do the job myself PTC would be on my short list of integrators I would hire to handle my personal AV / Integration project. p.s.
