Extremely professional! Having been a do it yourselfer , I was very apprehensive about paying someone to do something I thought I could do just as good. Well, I was wrong.
Onsite Assessment
Dustin came out to our remodel and gave me wonderful advice that had I want to do it myself, I could. We went room by room trying to determine if we needed Sonos, or ceiling speakers, etc.. Next we took it to the backyard. Dustin designed a killer system at an affordable price.
Jessica sent over a very clear bid, even had cool photos of the items I d be buying.
Install:
Dustin did a great job letting me know what I could do to help save money and areas that frankly his team should do like program the amazing amp I got.
Luis and Brandon came showed up on time and left early! (That s a win when you are paying hourly right!) Luis gave me a few items I should consider in the future, extenders, adding another Sonos system, etc.. They cleaned up after themselves, and my place is ROCKING!
I can t wait to invite people over to hear the new system I got from PTC. (PS my neighbors are going to love me!)
