Friendly people who will help you find a job. However if you don't do well with the first job don't expect their help again. Even if you wait months they will act like nothing is available when you clearly see positions on Indeed and their website.

Precision Staffing Inc is one of the best hiring agencies in Lexington! My experience with them has been nothing but wonderful as the hiring team has an extremely professional demeanor. They are honest, positive and always find the best fit for you.
When I applied and had my interview, their office was remarkable, they asked questions as if you were already a part of the team, all while making you feel at home (offered water/coffee, etc.).
Definitely a company that "exceeds your expectations" and recommend to anyone looking for a job.

One of the best staffing agencies I've ever worked with! They are professional and genuinely care about their clients' and candidates' needs. They have access to positions in Lexington that are not normally advertised, so they were able to place me at my dream job in Lexington that I never would've found without Bethaney's help. I'm so grateful, I wish I could give them 100 stars!

THE MOST WORST STAFFING ANENCY EVER IN THE UNIVERSE :
It has been almost four month, I have applied there for a job. At that time, I was interview and told to get a call from them within a week. But I never got a call from them, instead I called them 4/5 times in the last four months and every time they promised me that I would get call after review for the available position. I wish I can give them trillions of negative stars in " Rate and Review". I am still waiting call from them and for every month, I will write one more review. I do not recommend anybody to go there because they just waste your time and gas. If you wanna how much they are rude, just call them, hardly they pick up the phone and when they pick up the phone, they start to yell to you.

Such a great place to work! Everyone is so friendly and I love the bonuses. You're expected to work hard but well compensated for it! I would recommend to anyone!

They hired me for the scentsy factory. After my 1st day, the black man that s the supervisor on 2nd shift had a thing for me. I spoke to precision about it and nothing was done nor was I placed anywhere else. Then 3rd day I had the same issue. The supervisor was watching me as if he had a thing for me and after he approached me and told me and I turned him down. He wanted me gone. I sooke to precision about this again. Even had temp workers and permanent employees coming back and telling me they ve never seen him act this way toward anyone and that they would vouch for me. I also told precision and they just let it go. By Thursday I had had enough and he ended up arguing with me about my time on breaks which we clocked out for so he was trying to make any excuse. I tried to discuss with him about his issues with me and then he said I m letting u go. Precision did nothing and even shorted my check

I like everything about this staffing service, from the receptionist and the overall classy decor, the intake process let's you know they actually take a whole other approach by getting to know you and what your interests are unlike any other staffing agency i have been to, Mr Kyle O'Daniel is very professional and follows thru with you and actually knows who you are by the next time you return, what a great overall experience!

Thank God i haven't ever and will NEVER work for this company. A very dear friend of mine was injured on the job at Scentsy, & my friend reported the injury, she followed Bethany's instructions for evaluation of the injury. Next Bethany flat out misinformed the insurance company with incorrect statements & dates of the injured employee. This employee is a top performance player on her shift and is being denied the care she deserves. Bethany denied the claim and now this hardworking employee has lost almost a week of wages due to the gross misinformation. Not very professional at all. Dont get hurt while working under precision. You've been warned.

Precision Staffing is one of the most professional agencies I have ever worked with. Bait & Switch
Their website and indeed posting is fake advertisement I went in and they had zero jobs to offer by the end ,this is after they tried to sale me another job after I requested the posted one,he acted confused then told me it was already filled when they have advertised so much for this particular job. I won't be going back.

I have worked with precision staffing twice and with my two experiences I can definitely say that they are professional and value their employees. My first time working with precision I got rolled full time within 2-3 months and my second time I rolled over almost the same time. Great working place and the employees amazing. Also they are very responsive

My initial contact with Precision Staffing was a bit of surprise. At first, I didn't get any response back from leaving voicemails and sending an email. However, their Account Manager circled back with me eventually - which was encouraging. She asked me to come to the offices to meet in-person. We had great dialogue and she committed to doing what she could to assist my job search. She also gave me really good advice that works here in Lexington: go to places of interest, with resume in hand and inquire about the job in-person. I followed her advice. Now, I'm patiently waiting for something great to come forward soon!

Kyle is very fast about placing you at a job and friendly and the other staff is very friendly as well I have recommended other friends to come and apply at precision staffing

I was in management for just over 4 decades, and never saw such slipshod customer service and lack of professionalism. We live near Harrodsburg, KY and Precision had multiple listings for warehouse help. Two of my sons had been forklift certified and were unemployed, looking for immediate work. And so, my two unemployed sons took what little resources they had and drove to Lexington at their own expense to do the paperwork required. The company's ad stated "multiple " openings. The two fellows responded to the ad within 3 days of the posting on Craigslist,. After completing the paperwork and a cursory interview, they drove home. And - just like EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY I HAVE EVER SEEN, they NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. No calls. No further pressing for details. Nothing,. And certainly no courtesy call stating that the so-called "openings" had been filled. Nothing. In other words, It's OK for those who can least afford it to invest what little resources they have in their gas tank in pursuit of employment, but it's NOT OK for Precision Staffing to at least call and say that they would keep them in mind if anything else popped up. Nope. That's because they more closely identify as an information-gathering agency that sells personal info to whoever pays. Be prepared for subprime lending advertisements to show up in your mailbox like a flood within a short time of your "application" at Precision Staffing.Beware these idiots. You'll be time, assets, and dollars ahead by avoiding these unprofessional duds.
