I was in management for just over 4 decades, and never saw such slipshod customer service and lack of professionalism. We live near Harrodsburg, KY and Precision had multiple listings for warehouse help. Two of my sons had been forklift certified and were unemployed, looking for immediate work. And so, my two unemployed sons took what little resources they had and drove to Lexington at their own expense to do the paperwork required. The company's ad stated "multiple " openings. The two fellows responded to the ad within 3 days of the posting on Craigslist,. After completing the paperwork and a cursory interview, they drove home. And - just like EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY I HAVE EVER SEEN, they NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. No calls. No further pressing for details. Nothing,. And certainly no courtesy call stating that the so-called "openings" had been filled. Nothing. In other words, It's OK for those who can least afford it to invest what little resources they have in their gas tank in pursuit of employment, but it's NOT OK for Precision Staffing to at least call and say that they would keep them in mind if anything else popped up. Nope. That's because they more closely identify as an information-gathering agency that sells personal info to whoever pays. Be prepared for subprime lending advertisements to show up in your mailbox like a flood within a short time of your "application" at Precision Staffing.Beware these idiots. You'll be time, assets, and dollars ahead by avoiding these unprofessional duds.
