The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. I called and spoke with a kind employee who said as long as I arrived by 4:40, I could come in. I left early from work and arrived at 4:20 but was told by the front desk gal that they weren't seeing any more patients today and I would need to come back tomorrow. When I told her I had called ahead of time and was assured I could be seen, she rolled her eyes and told her co-worker in front of me and everyone else in the sitting area that she was responsible for calling my insurance since she gave me the go ahead. After filling out paper work and providing my insurance card and identification, she continued to give me attitude and openly displayed her annoyance and inconvenience at me being there. I wouldn't come back here nor recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of businesses that treat people with kindness and respect without acting put out and rude.
