Pratt Brown and Associates are a delight to deal with and are genuinely interested in delivering a win-win outcome between prospective employers and employees. They take the time to understand both sides of the hiring equation and truly attempt to make the best candidate-employer match instead of a pell-mell, numbers game of sending any recruit that slightly matches a job description.
