awful experience, stay away. I learned the hard way the lab he used did an awful job, he even admitted having issues with other people's retainers the lab had made. 1st time they tried my retainer & went to remove it...I thought my teeth were going to come out. My retainer remade but still not right. He attempted to sand it down trying to make it fit. After I complained, we switched to the clear clam shell, some money refunded but they did not follow through with care & treatment. The retainer (I wear only at night) I'm stuck with still causes me pain.
