Very unprofessional staff! Glad I caught on to them before my daughter was seen here . Called to setup a appointment for a consultation for my daughter. Upon making appointment , I gave the receptionist all the necessary information to be able to check my daughters appointment. Well a few days later I get a call while I m at work stating they needed my daughters insurance information, I informed her I gave them her information and that I did not have it on me at the moment , she says okay I will let the biller know to see what she needs. I later that same day get a text message saying her appointment was cancelled due to not providing insurance information. I then call to find out why they cancelled her appointment and the lady who does billing was extremely rude and unprofessional, threatening me that if she did not have her insurance information by the next day she would cancel . (Mind you her appointment was over a week away) . I also put in a call back from a supervisor and have got no response. If this is how they handle setting up a appointment imagine how they treat you at your appointment. No thank you I ll go elsewhere!
