Prabhavathi Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd Review

Lollz anyone giving Prabhavathi builders more than 1 star should get checked for stupidity.

I accidentally bought 2 flats in Prabhavathi classic based on fake reviews & as I was novice and all hell broke after that.

Delays:
Problem is till Prabhavathi builders are sweet to you till they take all money from you saying
work will finish in next month so you pay full. But work will never finish ever after a year and
you will end up paying both EMI and house rent. Classic they said will finish in September 2014
today is 14th September 2015 and work is yet due. There is no compensation for delays.

Construction quality:
All flats in Prabhavathi classic have quality issues. The floor tiles are disaster most are cracked and hollow inside, they used less cement and more sand so tiles will make noise and will start cracking soon. Even after complaining this for 6-7 months nothing happened yet. The project engineer and site engineer are dumb and dont do anything.
The electrical wiring and the kind of electrical material used is very poor. Electrician will break the tiles during his fittings then again painter will spill paint on electric sockets. Door polish guy will spill polish oil on walls. And no one will fix that again.
Workers are not at all paid so they dont work efficiently and correctly they just somehow finish it.
Some flats had roof leakage when they did acid wash in above flats.

Treatment:
For payment checks they will send people to your home, your bank loan will be done quickly. But once paid they will not respond you will not pick your call, will not give damn about rectifying the broken things even after you call them 10 times a day.

Nightmares:
We dont know yet whether Pravbhavathi Classic is BBMP approved project or not, builder fails to share any proof of its BBMP approval.
Temporary flat charges are given but electricity sewage is temporary, meaning one electric meter for all flats. They will always give next month date but nothing will move an inch.

My verdict:
If you really dont care about your hard earned money or stupid/blind, go ahead. If you spend 50-60lac of your hard earned money and gona get harrased in return better think 10 times before buying.

I happened to land up on the name of the company, "Prabhavathi Builders" on the web. I once came to enquiry the project prices. It was too less. I made a enquiry about the builder as the project prices were low. There were many fulfilled customers to whom they sold Flats & Apartments. I took the decision to buy from this developer.

Since December 2016 and very fast contracting & handovering flats to the customers.

I bought a flat in Prabhavathi Plasma. Some delay was there in possession. But the construction quality and other facilities provided by them seem quite good.

Very bad. Advising you if you have patience then only take their flats. Because they only take money but once the possession time will came no body will respond. Horrible experience with prabhavati.

Worst builder, Lots of false promises and if you ask back about their promises they show their goonda behaviors. They are ready to manhandle their customers. Their working staffs at site are very rude, uncivilized and behave like goondas.

They deviate the projects as much as possible (illegal floors, no setbacks, no STP, etc) so that flat buyer will never get government certificates like A Khatha, Occupancy certificate, etc. They don t even pay to BWSSB charges also. Later flat owners have to pay huge penalty to government agencies. They won t honor their agreement. On delay of project they won t pay the rent as promised. They allow buyer to occupy the flat without completing amenities with 95% amount taken from customers and harass to pay rest by saying power and water connections will be removed, etc.

All of us from Prabhavathi heaven are suffering every day since we bought the flats. Quality of construction is too bad and most of the flats are having leakage problems and there are no workers to attend these problems. Anyone can take a challenge to visit the site and find at least one single satisfied customer.

Nonsense builder, who do not bother about the customer and their satisfactions once Sold. Infact customer care do not maintain good relations ship. Behaves as if they are customers.

I am happy with Prabhavathi Builders, like every builder they too have delay problem. Apart from that I am satisfied with the quality utilized, the construction looks solid and rigid.

I am happy I went with Prabhavathi Builders, as they provide affordable housing! no one can beat their prices at prime locations which common people usually cannot afford.

The sales executives are very efficient. They are very polite and unlike other sales people they are always in touch with us and asking if we are facing any issues so they can help us out.

I thank Prabhavathi Builders for their sincere service.

Worst builder . One of my top wrong decision when I booked my flat at Prabhavathi builder . now they are closed and customers are hopeless

'Prabhavathi Builders' are good. I have not faced any "Quality issues" so far, they have fulfilled all the promises they made. I am very happy with Prabhavathi Builders and their affordable prices. Would definitely recommend them!

I am a happy customer of 'Prabhavathi Builders'. I booked a flat with Prabhavathi Builders 2 years ago and the experience with them has been good, could have been excellent though.

Like every builder we faced the delay issue with them, they delayed our flat by almost 8 months (including the common area work). The response during this time was satisfactory, could have been made such a better experience for all the customers.

Apart from this delay issue there was no other issues like quality or legal. I am glad we booked with Prabhavathi Builders as I have heard other builders have still not completed their projects. Please improve your customer experience during the delays, moreover try to work on the delay issue.

I am happy with Prabhavathi Builders and would recommend them to everyone. Their prices are very attractive, truly affordable builders in Bangalore.

Bought a flat from Prabhavati builder, they r big cheaters. Work is not completed yet and they just keep on saying we will do this and that. Big fraud company !!! Please read reviews before planning or even thinking to buy any property from Prabhavati, as they will try to lure you !!! I won't recommended anyone to buy from Prabhavati !!

thay are very bad.do not buy any flat to this bilder .They promised to give the flat for us 2014 feb now it is 2015 sep still we did not get our flat ,no work has done for last 3 months for our flat ,we do not no when the will finish.

Whoever booked apartment on this project please share your contact detail, as the builder cheated on us and escaped. Other projects customer already lodged complain to police and police has sealed their office. We planned to raise complain against Grand View project as police is taking complain against the project and not for individual. We have created whatsapp group to communicate each other and plan accordingly. So we need more people whoever affected by this project.

One of the Worst Builders you could ever see in Bangalore. No Power and Water since 3 years. Come to Prabhavathi Palms Apartment in Yelahank and verify with owners and check if the builder is genuine and you will know the truth. Please don't from this builder anywhere and this is my sincere suggestion. This is on behalf of all our Owners in Palms Apartment.

Owner praveen is absconding and cheated many people 15 to 20 projects money he has looted... 1000's of people filed complaints against him in Mico Layout police station... Be careful don't get cheated again...

It has been reported that builder has closed office (closed since last 4-5 days) as he has lost all his money. Project work has stopped since last month for all the projects. Owner is not available to provide any details. Poor home buyers have put police case, FIRs etc. My project got delayed by 2 years already

This company has gone bankrupt and the owner is absconding since last week, owner's PA name Damu alias Damodar Reddy is only person in contact with him

Do not think of booking or purchasing house from Prabhavathi Builders, they will cheat you of your money. I am struggling to get back refund against cancellation of my booking from last 4 months but no results. They don't response to the mail sent. Be aware they are frauds.

I a customer of Prabhavathi Builders. I am happy with the service they have provided, all the promises made by them was fulfilled. They have used good quality materials and branded fittings for my apartment. It is totally worth the investment I have made, I have seen good appreciation on my property. I am currently getting a rent of 16 thousand from my apartment, my tenant is also happy. I will strongly recommend Prabhavathi Builders.

Too much delay, I have booked the apartment in paramount B block in 2012 , still in 2016 we haven't received the apartment. perhaps it is still half way. every time the engineer will be replaced and none of them responds your call or emails. very very bad attitudes to whomever you talk. I never recommend this builder even to my worst enemies.

The team is more customer friendly from Sales Executives to Collection Department we got good support from them. I would like to refer all my friends to go with Prabhavathi Builders. Good Luck.

Worst experience. Prabhavati Alpine project, got delayed by more than a year and half, still not complete. Small project of 13 flats, we thought would get over soon. We moved to the apartment as 6 other residents few months back. No electricity meters installed, only with 1 residential meter each apartment paying around 10k for electricity every month. No lift installed. My mother climbs stairs to the 4th floor everyday. Now that Prabhavati Developers are such big cheaters, even though they have opened again, not sure if our concerns will be taken care of. Also, very poor construction quality and buyers will be left wondering why they bought the apartment. Only if we could get our money back.alas..

There should be options for giving negative stars. Please do not buy from these guys. Even if you need to stay in a rented house, better.

We are suffering like hell, They have not arranged for sufficient water in the apartment, every 1 hour the water goes and we have to wait for 3 hours for water to come back again, the sewage is thrown on the road, no permanent electricity connection, no lift, no DG connection, nobody responds to mails or calls...

Prabhavathi Builders provides affordable prices, no other builder matches their prices at good locations. Even the quality utilized by them is good, I am happy I have a place I can call home. However, the problem with Prabhavathi Builders is the delay part, this is common amongst other builders as well. But the delay was for a few months which made it hard for us. The customer response during this period was okay, it can definitely be improved. Overall, I am satisfied with Prabhavathi builders, they could have made this experience even better, anyway, I am thankful to them for providing me a place I can call home.

Had worst experience from this builder. Don't go for this builder, you can search the same in you tube. This builder has announced bank rupted once. More over you can go to any building built by this builder, you can get the review from the people staying there. Building quality is very poor. Many police cases are also registered against this.
