Lollz anyone giving Prabhavathi builders more than 1 star should get checked for stupidity.

I accidentally bought 2 flats in Prabhavathi classic based on fake reviews & as I was novice and all hell broke after that.

Delays:
Problem is till Prabhavathi builders are sweet to you till they take all money from you saying
work will finish in next month so you pay full. But work will never finish ever after a year and
you will end up paying both EMI and house rent. Classic they said will finish in September 2014
today is 14th September 2015 and work is yet due. There is no compensation for delays.

Construction quality:
All flats in Prabhavathi classic have quality issues. The floor tiles are disaster most are cracked and hollow inside, they used less cement and more sand so tiles will make noise and will start cracking soon. Even after complaining this for 6-7 months nothing happened yet. The project engineer and site engineer are dumb and dont do anything.
The electrical wiring and the kind of electrical material used is very poor. Electrician will break the tiles during his fittings then again painter will spill paint on electric sockets. Door polish guy will spill polish oil on walls. And no one will fix that again.
Workers are not at all paid so they dont work efficiently and correctly they just somehow finish it.
Some flats had roof leakage when they did acid wash in above flats.

Treatment:
For payment checks they will send people to your home, your bank loan will be done quickly. But once paid they will not respond you will not pick your call, will not give damn about rectifying the broken things even after you call them 10 times a day.

Nightmares:
We dont know yet whether Pravbhavathi Classic is BBMP approved project or not, builder fails to share any proof of its BBMP approval.
Temporary flat charges are given but electricity sewage is temporary, meaning one electric meter for all flats. They will always give next month date but nothing will move an inch.

My verdict:
If you really dont care about your hard earned money or stupid/blind, go ahead. If you spend 50-60lac of your hard earned money and gona get harrased in return better think 10 times before buying.
