Worst customer service ever. Your hotels are ok but you cannot really figure out how to solve your issues and inefficiencies. That is part of the evaluation I give you and, considering you have negative scores on that, to me you don t even deserve one star
one of the worst experience i had with such a hospitality industry company. No one answers you and no one know what they are doing.. good luck to them
