I have not eaten here. I have heard good things about them and some so-so ones.

I am posting a review because I have seen 2 of their staff, coming out of the men s toilet without washing their hands. I seriously warn anyone who do not want to be served with those hands.

Loved the Service and fantastic Cantonese food served here. A little on the pricey side but the food was good and well worth the price being located in Orchard vicinity. Loved the fact that this restaurant allows for BYOB with no extra surcharge. The Restaurant also spots having a number of decanters and riedel wine glasses ready for any occasion usage.

A Must Try for Dinning with groups with EMPHASIS if you want to BYOB.

Food we ordered was very nice especially chef recommendation. Except for the shiao long pau a bit disappointing. Nothing special with the kind of price. The rest of the dishes no doubt was excellent.

Quite traditional Cantonese restaurant. With extensive menu. Best of all though it is byo and you can bring your own wine. The staff are highly efficient and well trained. They really know what they are doing despite they look so busy! They can even decant wine and label your glass. Of course they can also recommend from the menu...which isn't cheap.

Shrimp snacks: Shrimp dumplings and fried shrimp with yuba skin are very tender and juicy, different from ordinary Cantonese dim sum, Jinhu shrimp snacks can taste the sweet taste of sea shrimp! White rice fish, crab roe siu mai feel just ordinary. The duck rice noodles with pickled vegetables is very good, the soup is thick, the umami taste of pickled vegetables and the duck meat are better than I expected. Generally, pork is used as a match, but the duck meat in this restaurant is also very good. There is no firewood and no duck. taste! Homemade chili sauce is made with chopped peppers and some sweet sauce, which is very good to stir in the rice noodles! The last dessert choice is durian glutinous rice dumplings. You can actually taste the bitter durians, which is really amazing! Generally speaking, the price is small and expensive, but the quality is good. Recommended!

Authentic Cantonese restaurant. Been around for 20 years or more. U may need reservation over the weekends as it is very popular with locals. Has a loyal following. Dish out consistently quality food. Understand there's no corkage if u bring own wine/liquor.

Fantastic establishment with very fine dishes. Authentic and tasty. The staff are very diligent and I even managed to coakse a smile out of them. Brilliant dining spot with private rooms for customers looking for a nice secluded group meal.

Overpriced for what I feel is below par Chinese food. The sweet and sour pork isn't even crispy, the so called signature claypot rice is oily and bland... you need to add soya sauce for "flavour". Not sure why people think this place is great.

Average food, vibe is more local/hk with fattier cuts, sweeter, saltier. Noisier ambience that's good for kids and babies. Service is good though. Seems popular but to my personal preference at the price I'd eat at other dimsum places in Orchard.

Had my lunch here today. First time dining here. Had quite a lot of dim sum with my family.

Overall, the food was pretty good. The staples of dim sum were all done right. Springy prawns in the har gau and siew mai, nice selection of fillings for their cheong fun, soft and melty chicken feet etc.

Done right, but not exceptional though.

Some servings were larger than expected, so we were too full to finish the food.

Now, about the service -

To be honest, the few bad reviews about service on HGW and here that I had read made me have my guard up.

However, contrary to those reviews, service was swift. Every plate cleared as soon as it was empty, every teacup refilled as soon as one was empty.

To do this while about 75% of seats were filled is quite good service, in my opinion.

The staff were friendly, too. So I don't get why some people can say they were treated with hostility.

I guess if you treat people with respect and are friendly, people would naturally be friendly and helpful back.

Waah nice! Says the group of us meeting up to try their lobster noodles lunch set. The set comes with 3 types of dim sum, serving of duck and soya chicken m, lobster noodles and choice of dessert. Two thumbs up! Dim sum was refined, good stuff, an explosion of flavors in my mouth! Duck and chicken were good and tasty! The lobster was cooked well and had bite! We enjoyed our lunch! Will bring the family next!

Used to be my favourite Cantonese restaurant but very disappointing. The standard went downhill and the char siew is so hard. Giving a benefit of doubt that it is due to the CNY period and hopefully the standard will improve.

Went there with my staff for CNY dinner. We were 14 people and although the charged us for 14 people, the portions were clearly only for the 10 people that the menu was designed for. Seafood was good; chicken was under cooked.

Located along orchard road. Quite convenient location. However, the car park was quite packed and the entrance to the car park was jammed. Thankfully, there was ample car park slots available nearby.

The variety of dim sum was quite a lot to choose from. Food was overall pleasant.
Service wise was attentive. And fast. Though the restaurant was considered crowded, the food still was served to us quite fast.
Loved the durian mochi dessert, quite delicious.

A great place to have dim sum.
Overall experience was good!

Service was excellent but the food was just really average for their prices. Rice was too soft, ha gao were tiny and the skin easily broke, soup and vegetables were just OK. Wouldn't come back.

Great service and good cantonese food. Price is very reasonable. Cottage is free and portions are big. Great place for gathering and family dinner. Try the claypot rice, lala, chicken softbones, roast duck, and the fried pork neck.

Place to go for authentic Chinese dishes. I live their clay pot rice with Chinese sausage. That's a must-haves have. Wine list is filled with gems at reasonable prices, reasonable for Singapore that is. Owner apparently still serves at the place, an indication of the dedication.

Good food. Every little detail in preparation and ingredient is not missed. Even the boiled peanuts served taste as if they have sucked up the highest quality soup stocks. Service of the staff waiting is extremely efficient & warm.
