Very disappointed with their incompetence. We sent multiple e-mails to them to get straight answers to our questions. They also do not talk over phone for some reason which is very strange. We had to send 4 emails to get answer to our questions and they did not show up for the meetings they set up.

Just starting my fourth year with power properties
I have no issues at all! When and if I need anything, my request is handled promptly
I have been living at the same apartment for 6 years with multiple property management companies and I have to say that Power Properties is the worst out of all of them. The people do nothing about homeless people breaking into the building, doing drugs, buying and selling drugs. The company has made 0 effort to carry our repairs that they are obligated to carry out. Impossible to reach as no one can direct you to the correct person to talk to. There have been many complains about things such as leaky roof, faulty fire alarm system, faulty locks and so much more and the company has done NOTHING to fix or even compensate the tenants. I am constantly calling the police because of the homeless people in the building. The company stated there was cameras installed, which was a lie, they also stated there was round the clock security, that was also a lie and we are lucky to see security once a month.
