Sheri at First Class Vacations has been an awesome...

Sheri at First Class Vacations has been an awesome booking agent the two times I have booked cruises with her. She has been professional, nice, personable and patient. The other staff, mainly the sales team, are also very good at their job, which translates to being very persistent and making the vacation package sound too good to be true! Got me twice!! The thing to remember is that package deal! It sounds great, but you do have to take advantage of, and use all the perks in order for it to be cost effective. If you are looking to go on a just a cruise and nothing else, then you might be better off booking your cruise some other way, because the "vacation packaged" initial cruise will be more expensive than booking that cruise directly through the cruise lines with the extra fees and such. And there is going to be some extra expense if you want to go in peak season, or make any other deviation. I have seen it twice now. We are finding out that we don't have the time and money to afford to travel to the locations just to take advantage of the extra bonus perks of the package deals, so in the future the I will refrain from buying into them. But if you travel often and have the resources to do so, First Class Vacations package deals might be the right deal for you. This isn't necessarily a negative review, as our experience with First Class Vacations, has been a positive one...other than a few fees that may have surprised us, like others have mentioned, probably because I was so exited about all of the possibilities, I would miss the sales team mention them. It is just a warning to understand what you are getting into.

Initially we experienced a delay in being contacted to set up our payment plan which resulted in our monthly payments being higher than preferred. Once payment was complete, everything has occurred like clockwork and as discussed. Alyson did a great job listening to what is important to us and modifying our package to personalize it to meet our needs. She has kept us informed of changes to flights and rescheduled coordinated services. Her help and updates have been invaluable in making sure no details were overlooked. We are all set for our trip and excitedly anticipating its start.

This is our first experience with First Class. We were fortunate, in that Tracy was referred to us by a friend who had taken several cruises with first class. Tracy has answered our calls, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dealing with her has been a pleasure. I will update this as I go along and rate the full experience.

12/12/18 I said I would update as we go. Everything is great with these people. They are quick to respond when questioned and are very open and friendly. Will update again in February 2019

do not use this company, lots of promises, no actual travel. They call every year to charge more to keep your package current if you don't use it right away. This was a big mistake and an even bigger rip off!

What an absolutely fraudulent company. They knowingly take their customers money with absolutely no intention of fulfilling any of their promises. From their hard sell agent Steve B. To their Director of bookings Elisse they have one intention... Get your money and string you along for months with their excuses and empty promises. Thats if you get get a return call. Im sure most people just give up and walk away. They have over $ 25,000 of money for our promised vacation to Italy in May 2020. We will not be walking away. I am making it my lifes mission to shut these people down. I am representing 15 members of my family. Most of whom are elderly and extremly trusting. Which seems to be who First class Vacations target. I am quite confifent fraud will not be difficult to prove, considering their track record. They are not o nly going to be charged civily but criminally as well. I look forward tow my day in court.

Arrangements for a cruise through this company has been nothing but a big headache. Stephen Bradley in sales does not stick by his word. Once we paid the fees and tried to book he would not rerun phone calls to explain why we could not get the accommodations he promised. The reservationist we were passed to is now no longer with the company and now we have no contact to try to complete a booking. In short we have paid over $5000 for a 7 day New England cruise with a two day hotel room in Quebec City and no body with 1st class vacations will return a call. In short STEER CLEAR. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL.

Elisse booked my cruise to Alaska, scheduled to leave 9/2019. Tracey Purcell called 6/2019 to say owner was gone with company credit card and they needed to make payment to cruise line. She claimed she was asking others this same request due to situation: use personal credit card for payment, or reschedule cruise for later date. She assured me I would be repaid as soon as owner returned.

Stupidly I agreed after demanding it all be in writing, which I never got. I did get promises of repayment ... the date kept changing. They told BBB the reason for everything was restructuring . Apparently they restructured their bank accounts.

The only thing I know is that I paid two times for one cruise, a cruise I went on, but I only went once and paid twice even though I have repeatedly called and emailed for reimbursement. They just stopped responding, even with BBB.

I will never use First Class Vacations again. I can t afford them.

I paid over $5,000 for a cruise. After they received the final payment a cruise was booked. We booked excursions but later were notified in December 2017 that we were being refunded our excursion payment and our cruise had been cancelled for nonpayment. After several unanswered phone calls we finally reached someone and were told a new cruise would be booked. Never happened. We tried to get our money back several times with no luck. Even though we were assigned a representative, we were still unable to book a cruise or get our money back. It's been 2 years of trying to get a response from them other than later. These people should be prosecuted for theft. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from them.

Been trying to get my money returned for two years. So instead I rebooked with them and it was cancelled due to covid . I ve been given many stories of how I will be getting my money but it hasn t happened yet and now they are avoiding me. They owe me $1540 but say they owe me &1100.00.It doesnt matter cause they aren t going to give it anyway.I know cause I went through this two years ago with them. They lie horribly and come up with the best stories which of course are just a deterrent to keep you thinking they are going to do something. I am now back to making phone calls to the BBB and Attourney Genersls office to see what I can do. I am 65 years old and am a Senior which I believe they can get into more trouble just for scamming a Senior! Pretty sad when people scam hard working people or the poor/vulnerable out of their social security checks!Beware people of this company!

The positive comments must be from people they paid to review them. This is the worse travel company on the planet. They are nice when wanting you to give them money. But if you start to ask questions, they become rude. They don t care about your travel. All they care about is how much money they can get out of you. They ve called me to try and upsell me, then realized I already took my cruise. They hung up on me. Traveler beware!!!
