Avoid these people at all costs. They've called us 3 times this week - problem is, we live in Canada. If they don't have the technology or willingness to know that they are calling another counter by simply looking at the area code, why would you trust them to be able to come through when you need to make a claim?
This company has cost me thousands of dollars. Do not recommend to anyone, they will kill your practice.
I have received requests from Prime Health Services, Inc to join their network system. I have thrown away their paperwork, with no desire to join and have my rates "discounted" after they lower them to fit their prices and take their cut as a fee.
Two weeks ago, they sent me a scathing letter due to my refusal to cooperate with them, threatening to let clients (theirs, not mine) know I refuse to work with them.
Now today, I received another packet from them SO SWEETLY wanting me to join their network group... not going to happen!
Even after terminating our contract with them several years back, they send us letters like we are still in network with them. They have even tried discounting services (like we are in network) since terminating our contract--where we have to inform them we are no longer in network. Keep your termination letter!!!! Warning!!! Don't ever join their network in the first place!!!
Amazing Company and great leadership! CEO offers many incentives for staff. Laid back atmosphere and many perks! Would highly recommend!
I do not recommend this service to anyone...because of joining this service our reimbursement rates have been decreased by almost 35%. Workers Compensation reimbursement rates are decreased by 65%. I know there are other practitioners whom are signing up for this and are also feeling the affects as we are. I will also place a complaint with the BBB. I struggled even giving this 1 star as it forced me to chose something to be able to post. I do not see any benefit to this program. This is actually Arlene Simpson posting.

Great company culture that seems to genuinely care about your growth. Competitive pay and benefits, steady hours with opportunities to travel, and management that's open and honest about goals and expectations. I've never been afraid of going to upper management with a question.
There a regular opportunities to give back to the community while working here too. Last week we had a blood drive, and before that there was a back-to-school charity event to help provide low-income children with quality school supplies. It's nice to work with people who care. All in all, a great place to work.
I've worked here for 3 years and have grown so much. The company culture has changed for the better in the past year and has made many positive changes with more good changes to come. Our upper management is high quality and you never feel intimidated by them. This is a great company to start or grow your career in.
SCAM warning!!! This network gives you nothing and takes reductions on auto claims through medpay. Not sure why any physician would ever join this network except by mistake. Staff is rude and unorganized. Their mistakes become your mistakes and end up costing you time and $. For a good blood pressure spike call Angie or Priscilla and let them tell you you're wrong for a few days until they begrudgingly accept responsibility.
