Juan was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He did an amazing install. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He answered every question and made sure that I knew how everything worked. He explained every detail he was doing as well and kept me aware of next steps. He also wanted to make sure that I fully understood everything before he left. I would recommend his services to anyone. Jim was also great in his starting everything up and getting my appointment taking care of.

The only good part of working with PHT was the tech that came to install everything. What we were told we were going to get and what we got were very different. The sales rep told us we would have a fully integrated system and what we got was a bunch of different apps that don't work with each other. The cameras that they tried to sell were over priced and they told us we couldn't get our own and use them with the system. Also, they pre wired for the cameras but only ran Cat6 which limited what we could actually use. In the end if I could go back I would never have used them and would have just set everything up myself. Would have spent less money and got a better end product.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. The automated system tells you all of the options are not recognized.

This company appears to have shut down, or it has been a sham all along. These guys were the contracted vendor to install wiring in my new home for Pulte Homes. They did not crimp the wires correctly, and now I can't get in touch with anyone to come fix this.

Dustin and Mike were amazing! They were so helpful and very thorough in explaining the features of the system. Very professional and knowledgeable of their products. We are first time home buyers, and of course we had the concerns of which home security system we are going to choose without feeling like it s a waste of money, and of course we want to always feel safe when we are at home and away from our home. They helped us a lot with choosing a great home security system and completely sold us with this amazing system. Icing on the cake was being able to control EVERYTHING on your phone! Brinks has A LOT of features and you will not be disappointed with their system/services or their great customer service! :)

Thank You Brinks -aka- Power Home Technologies for everything today. Started with Jay coming to my house and explaining everything that made sense about Home Security. Techs James and Valene were awesome....they showed up and did all that and then some all while I was on a couple of business conference calls. Friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful I couldnt have asked for any better. I had an issue receiving my email on my phone, Valene called in to the home office to make sure they had the right email for me so I could get the app set up. After checking my tablet I received my email from Brinks to continue my set up. James was extremely helpful, set me up on my tablet and explained everything to me. I'm so glad I went with Brinks. Reps like Jay and Techs like James and Valene are very much appreciated....Their customer service gets 5 stars from me. Thank You for helping me and my family feel safe in my first smart home with a very reputable security company.

So I have tried several times to contact this company with no results so I decided to call the finance company only to tell me this company is no longer in business, imagine how I m feeling now having to still pay for equipment with no service I feel like I was scammed and Times are already hard for people!!!!

Read the fine print, don't listen to their sales people, they will mislead you. Once you've signed, they really could care less about you, because they know they've got you on the hook for years.

Have not had the PHT service for over a year now. However, they continue to charge my account even though I have no contractual obligation, and sent in a Notice Of Cancellation via certified mail. Please start charging me, I have a new system and service with Brinks Home, who I can actually get on the phone!!!

This has been the best experience I ve ever had dealing with people in this line of work! James and Valene are two of the best people I know! The install was fast and clean. They were so professional and so sweet. I really feel like they valued us and make us feel like family! The personal touch they add from sales and install is so nice cause you get way more then a product! You get a relationship and people who are there to help take great care of you! My family is a raving fan of Brinks home security and we are so in love with James and Valene! Amazing people! You will love their work. I m going to try and help get some friends and family to sign up with them!
