The only good part of working with PHT was the tech that came to install everything. What we were told we were going to get and what we got were very different. The sales rep told us we would have a fully integrated system and what we got was a bunch of different apps that don't work with each other. The cameras that they tried to sell were over priced and they told us we couldn't get our own and use them with the system. Also, they pre wired for the cameras but only ran Cat6 which limited what we could actually use. In the end if I could go back I would never have used them and would have just set everything up myself. Would have spent less money and got a better end product.
