Thank You Brinks -aka- Power Home Technologies for everything today. Started with Jay coming to my house and explaining everything that made sense about Home Security. Techs James and Valene were awesome....they showed up and did all that and then some all while I was on a couple of business conference calls. Friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful I couldnt have asked for any better. I had an issue receiving my email on my phone, Valene called in to the home office to make sure they had the right email for me so I could get the app set up. After checking my tablet I received my email from Brinks to continue my set up. James was extremely helpful, set me up on my tablet and explained everything to me. I'm so glad I went with Brinks. Reps like Jay and Techs like James and Valene are very much appreciated....Their customer service gets 5 stars from me. Thank You for helping me and my family feel safe in my first smart home with a very reputable security company.
