Not a good place to work. Lack of communication with management, will lie to you about commission/pto/paid holidays, conflicting directions, and a poorly structured training program. I feel bad for all the At&t customers who have to deal with the OTD customer service.

I love working at OneTouch Direct! It's high energy, fun and a great place to work. The people I work with are amazing, and I've learned so much since I started. Thanks OTD for a tremendous career opportunity!

I have worked for One Touch Direct for a few years now. When I first started at One touch, I had planned on taking a position here until I found a position on my original line of work. I'm still here and happy about it!!! Once I started working for One Touch I found that it was a great place to improve on my sales skills and the people were really nice. I have recommend One Touch to some of my friends and family and they too are happy working here. If your looking for a place to work with unlimited income and advancement potential, then look no further.

Wow I was actually thinking about going to apply there, but now it makes me want to switch my carrier to Verizon. My husband makes more than enough to sustain our family. I simply thought a job would be a great way to get out of the house but I m glad I didn t waste my time and honestly this just makes t-mobile look pathetic. Apparently this is the best they can do. Definitely not applying here and definitely definitely gunna switch carriers. I don t like companies who steal.

Bare with me because this is a long post but it's important people know how OTD treats their applicants and new employees. I had my second interview with this company the Tuesday before Thanksgiving week, of which the interviewer stated she would call me by the following day with a response as to whether I was chosen for the Remote Call Rep position. My interview went great so I had high hopes. I received no call the following day so I decided to wait an extra day to give the company more time to review all applicant profiles. Thursday I called, in which case the interviewer stated she was still conducting interviews and would call me the following day. By Friday, I figured I would stop calling since I hadn't received a response by said person. Monday of Thanksgiving week roles around and I receive an email stating that I am chosen for the position! I am so excited and quickly give my active job a notice to leave their company. I complete all required pre-screening tasks, as well as send my proof of education to complete my profile before my start date. The Thursday after Thanksgiving was supposed to be my start date but I never got an updated email nor phone call verifying that I am good to go for training. Due to this, I call my second interviewer on Wednesday, the day before my expected start date. There was no answer so I left a voicemail. Later that day I get a phone call from the Director of Operations, someone I had never spoken to before, just to receive news that they are acting as a messenger to let me know that the program for the position I was given no longer exists. There was a complete lack of communication during the hiring process and I was told a day before starting that I am not going to be working for OTD. I quit my job to work for these people and am now unemployed because they were inconsiderate enough to waste my time. I do not trust OTD and question their legitimacy as a company.
