Ribs are tough and undercooked.. I was so dissapointed. The waiter was amazing and the bread pudding is some of the best I have ever had. I wish the ribs had been better.other than that a good experience.

They've got the best mac and cheese in town. Add great drinks and fast, friendly service, and the sports- focused atmosphere and it makes for the perfect low key meal.

Not sure what's happened to the service. We've been eating here since it was at the quaint first location. This last time was the last. Service has gotten worse each time over the last year. This time we were finished with our appetizer before our beer came...and I had to get up, find the server, and ask for it. Didn't faze her. No apology even after I kindly pointed out that we were already done with our food. And the place was almost empty so it was not because she was busy. Beer list is nothing like it used to be and brisket is no longer on the menu which was a huge draw for us. Great screens for games but unfortunately, you've lost us. Did the owner change?

EDIT: We were put on the left side of the restaurant it was quiet wasn't that busy.but the server disappeared and never returned after giving us water... me and my wife left after being completely ignored

A great spot to cheer your favorite team on (Go Beavs). Service was friendly and attentive (shout out to Candace) even though I was only 1 person and stayed for the duration of the FB game. I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Bend. Especially for the prickly pear margarita and smoked chicken wings!
Cons - food took some time to arrive - but it was the busiest time of day. When it arrived some things were wrong but fixable. Five minutes later they brought out another plate of food. Turns out they gave us someone else s order the first time. They apologized and let us keep both plates.
Pros - great atmosphere!!! Football was on, cider samples and even a halftime raffle! Yes there was a mistake with our food but their willingness to fix it made all the difference!
So sad! I used to LOVE there pizza! Last two times have been awful. Why did you change it?

Had red beans and rice today for a quick lunch. Excellent flavor, texture and price. Also, the taps at Empire Car Wash are an excellent compliment.
This places close to home and you have the option of eating in the bar or in the restaurant area is a wide variety of food to choose from. The food is good but a little spicy. Prices are high for the area tho.
We have been to the new location twice so far. We live right around the corner so it s a nice place to go for happy hour. Lots of beer on tap with a huge selection and they did a good job making my girlfriends specially requested mixed drink. I have had the fryzilla and it was amazing. The two of us shared it and were satisfied. The southwest burger is also incredible. You could tell they hand press the patties from ground beef as opposed to serving frozen pucks which means a lot to me. We have so far sat on the restaurant side and gotten very prompt service. The server checked in to make sure if I needed another beer or not. We are looking forward to the next time we come here and hopefully trying some of the Mac n cheese.

We stopped in on our way off the mountain and were blown away by the amazing deliciousness of what we were served. My hubby had wings and I had the Mac and cheese- it was by far the best food we have encountered in Bend to date- and we visit frequently. We will definitely be back!

If i could give zero stars i would. That was the most over priced yet terrible meal ive ever had. Ordered hot chocolate and instead of having the server say they didn't have it, she added chocolate to hot water, which tasted terrible and was only mentioned after complaining about the taste. The shredded beef tacos turned out being one chunk of beef, the salsa was watered down Tabasco, and the French onion soup that said it was 4 dollars rang up as 8. And when asked about the price difference was told they made a mistake, one that we had to pay for. Plus the soup tasted like beef bullion. I've had good French onion and that was by far the worst. And to top it off the service was all around terrible. Was ignored by two different people and ended up getting my own menu. Would not recommend and will never be going back. Lastly, asked for a high chair several times and never received one. It was by far a terrible experience.
I love the food, it is soooo good. The staff could however could be a little more organized and on top of things.

I must say that we have eaten here a number of times because the food is really good!!!! 4.5 stars. The service, not so much!!! 1.5 stars. Very disappointing every time!!! Across the board from drinks to getting just getting their attention, and our bill is never right. We were actually charged for somebody else's bill along with our own. I will say it again, the food is really good!!

Don't spend your money here. We came in for my birthday dinner, wanted to try a new place in Bend. There were only 7 of us. Should have read peoples faces when we walked in, the atmosphere was one of doom and gloom on peoples faces. People just looked unhappy. Placed our order and almost 40 minutes later our order started to trickle in, but entrees came before our salads, which were suppose to be first. 3 dishes didn't come at all until over 45 minutes AFTER the original orders came in. Food was mostly cold. Our waitress came up to the table about an hour into our meal and asked us what we didn't get? WHAT? It was just a disaster. SOOOO GLAD the rest of our family members didn't come tonight to celebrate, otherwise we would have had 18 unhappy people. We are all going out again tomorrow night for dinner again, since tonight was such a bust with this restaurant...Too many excuses when we asked to see the manager...we were told no manager was there. Or owner. yikes. WILL NEVER GO BACK and we eat out all the time with repeat business with our huge family of 18!
Delicious burgers and the best sweet potato fries! Our server was delightful, friendly, and efficient.
Food and service were okay but definately not worth my $15 sandwhich. Menu online prices do no match in house prices. $3 difference in my sandwhich. Service was slow but friendly enough. All in all it was okay but we won't be back.

Awesome food! Their smoked wings are some of the best in Bend. Also try their smash cheeseburger it is phenomenal. It's a great place to watch Sunday football. It's clean and the staff is always friendly.
The environment of this place is very welcoming and is meant for a good time with friends.
The servers were prompt and gave us plenty of time to review their many delicious options. The food was hot upon arrival and was beautiful on the plate and to my tastebuds.
I suggest the sourdough rolls covered in fat and bacon and the first mac n cheese on the menu (not sure what it's called - but it has mushrooms and bacon).
I would come back again and recommend this place!

Nice looking place. Waitress was probably the worst I've seen in a long long time! First waitress that I didn't leave gratuity for ever! The food was dry, and way over priced for the quality of food they serve. The bartender was awesome.

I'll admit it. I'm a chicken fried steak snob. My mom made the best cfs and all cfs is judged against it:) This is the 2nd best that I've had (pretty darn good). The lady who waited on me was very friendly, funny and she was timely. All of the football games were on. All in all, great experience.
We have been going to the pour house for a few years and have enjoyed every visit! We truly love the local, personal welcome we get with each visit.... the staff remembers us and always makes us feel welcomed. Food is always good and beer selection is just as good.... southside Bend with friendly staff, good beer and food.... ohhhh ya.... we will be back!!!!
Very disappointed in the over all experience. The bar tender was sluggish and slow and had no interest in his surroundings. The food was hardly edible. The brisket was literally whole chunks of sliced chewy fat and the pulled pork was nothing more than a pile of BBQ sauce and mush. I will never be going back, there are places with much better service and food for the price they are demanding.

Treated horribly by the owner? Or just some guy? Couldn t sit at the table I wanted to for NFL Sunday, because there was a group of people coming in an hour and 15 minutes for the raiders game. Should have been plenty of time for me to eat and watch my teams second half of the game which ends before the 1 o clock games. The man was extremely rude. I didn t want them to change the channel on other stations because other folks were already watching what they wanted. He finally sat me in front of a TV that was just basic cable and unable to play the game i asked, when they were playing it on a big screen. Mind you the tables weren t marked reserved and there were multiple other people sitting in the same section. Will never go there again.

Friendly staff and the BEST mac n cheese ever! We ordered the chicken parm and also the blackened salmon...they were both delicious and did not disappoint! We will definitely be returning! The menu doesn't have a wide variety but we sure love what they do have. Lots of TVs for optimal sports coverage, and separate dining and bar areas. Neat layout.

Arrived last night for dinner with another couple at 5pm. We were informed the restaurant section didn't open until 6pm so we needed to sit in the bar which is family friendly.
(That is something I've never seen before!) Lots of little ones last night!
Food was fantastic and good sized portions. Burgers are exceptional. Only 2 choices for dessert however.
Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. They charge $2 for any side be it garden salad or fries. Won't be coming back, will be reccomending everyone else not even bother.
We ve been eating here and enjoying their libations since the Pour House was located up the road near Reed Market. Their new menu is fantastic. Some of the best food we ve eaten in Central Oregon. This time, we had the pork belly tacos and jambalaya mac n cheese. To die for. Our friends had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Cobb salad and said they were delicious also. She said her dinner side salad was yummy and tasted so fresh. And they had Bandon Rain cranberry cider, one of my favorites!
