worked with these guys for around 8 weeks and they they where spot on, they went out there way to chase my payment issue with my umbrella company and made sure everything got sorted

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I was called by a Jack Bodycomb who had seen my CV online and organised an interview for Barratt Homes. After the interview Jack proceeded to completely blank my emails asking for an update, and screen all my calls. Not getting a job is not the issue here, it is just the complete arrogance of these Jordan Belfort wannabes, who cannot take 2 minutes to let you know if you were successful or not in your interview. I had travelled 40 minutes for the interview, and then that was it, days and days go by and nothing, nada, not a single call/email letting me know what was going on. Not a single reply.

never got paid as much as promised, got phone blocked by the agent and when start talking with the 'boss' after a few days he sing me off site for finding a cheaper worker. honestly worst agency so far

Wish I could rate zero. This firm has made me lose all hope in recruitment agencies. Had a medical/dental emergency arise on the same day I had an interview with their client. Not ideal I understand. But having been to the dentist I explained I couldn't attend as mouth was quite badly swollen, gum was bleeding and due to numbness I couldn't stop drooling and their response was "YOU MUST ATTEND YOUR INTERVIEW". Despite explaining to them that I could barely even speak!!! You cannot honestly think much of your client if you would wish a candidate to still attend in such a poor state! I hope you remove my details from your system and never contact me AGAIN

Sonny initially made contact and was very quick in sending over further details for the job in question. He made sure to always be on the other end of the phone and responded to emails whenever I had a query. Claire Doherty has been great and very attentive to all my questions and emails (there s been a lot). Thank you for helping me through the process, you ve been great.

Spotted a vacancy on the company website on a Tuesday, started a job on the Wednesday. I have been here for 3 months now and I am getting great support from the consultant Sam. Can't recommend enough, top guys!

My initial contact with Potensis was with Sonny, unlike the majority of recruiters I've spoken to he seemed interested in what I had to say, proactive about finding me a job and could actually hold a conversation with another human being. Since then I've found myself at an assessment day for a job that would be perfect for me with all the support I needed which even included an excellent service of directions to the venue. I'm extremely happy with how I've been handled and spoken to at every point of contact with Potensis and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them myself.

They call me few times and always offer very low rate.Telehandler 14/h is a joke specially in London.

I had an interview set up by Potensis with City & Country Construction for a graduate Site Manager position, the whole process was great and very promising to start with and the interview went well, I was told I would hear back from Potensis a few days later of the outcome. However, nearly 3 weeks later and still I have heard nothing from the recruiter who set up the interview for me, I have emailed him and called him several times and he just keeps ignoring me, for what reason I don't know. I had to make a near 3-4 hour commute to attend the interview and I am very frustrated and disappointed with Potensis for wasting my time, I would not recommend this agency to anyone, avoid.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been working under Potensis for over 2 years been in constant work since the day I signed up with them and never had a problem getting payed. I guess I'm just a lucky one.

I just had a very rude recruitment consultant call me, I would never work with them.

Every week I had to fight for the money and they still owe me 2 week work 90hours the worst agency I've ever worked avoid them do not work for them (DANGER) they are lying and cheat on you, they aren't answering on your phone call, they are hang up the phone without any reason, laughing in the phone, every time different man picking up the phone never the same, nightmare PLS do not work for this agency bad management treating you like a idiot, never get the right answer from them .

Total waste of time! I attended two interviews arranged by this agency. 6 weeks on and I still have not received any feedback, despite several phone calls to the Senior Consultant, he never calls back.

I worked for Sam at Potensis for 9 hours a day on the 29th/30th of august on the 31st I done half a shift then jacked. I STILL HAVENT BEEN PAID the job was a nightmare site radio in 1 hand & the brickies radio in the other NEVER AGAIN. I'm now in the process of going to the small claims court

Can't recommend enough, if you're a contractor in property industry go to these guys, they have the best contacts - on my fourth contract, great locations, great salary - they really listen to what you want - thank guys

Very bad agency worked with them for Barratt homes for a while then Barratt cut cost and lost my job .potensis said they would put me on another site ...110 miles away from home so I said to them I would cover a couple of days but travel More

Potensis have been excellent. They have been more than helpful through the process with Sonny being my initial contact about the job opportunity. Also a big thank you to Claire Doherty and Jake Mead who have kept me informed on the progress of my application and have been available and responded whenever i had any queries. Great experience with them.

I was approached by a recruiter at Potensis called Connor Burnett for a marketing role at a residential property developer. I was told that I was a good fit for the role so I went for an interview which went well. A second interview was arranged, which again went well. I was given good feedback from both interviews and also informed I was the only candidate up for the role. After this I was explicitly told by the recruiter that the developer in question had confirmed they wanted to hire me and to wait for a formal offer to be sent. The offer never arrived, many messages were sent saying to just wait a bit longer - to which over a month later I was informed someone else had been given the position. I would urge caution if approached by an employee of Potensis as there are clear patterns of deceiving applicants. When I confronted the recruiter about doing so there was no reply, the whole process lasted nearly 3 months.

Never, ever work for this agency. They will rob you.

I had an interview set up by Potensis for a role at Berkeley Homes. The interview went really well and they said they wanted to see me for a second interview later in the week. it was at this point I never heard anything back from the "senior consultant" again after numerous calls and emails asking for him to get back to me. I'm sure there are some very professional people working at the company however after my experience I would strongly advise that Potensis is avoided.

Just got a call from a really rude lady offering me a job and while I was asking her questions about the job she became aggressive and disturbed like I was suppose not to ask anything and go like slave to forced labour...she hang up on me.Work on your attitude lady :))
