Christin Burdett and Thomas Crone teamed together to help me understand the process of selling my home. Their expertise was essential. They helped me feel in control during the entire process. They utilized the entire team in their office including staging and professional photography. Judd Reel and Bret Williams helped walk me through the process to get me top dollar.

It took a while to hear back from leasing agent. When we did hear back, she was thorough and helpful.

Alicia Edwards was our buyers agent. Alicia did not explain the process of buying a home to her first time homeowners. I believe her lack of knowledge caused unnecessary stress and a delay in closing for our buyers. Alicia continuously made false and misleading statements throughout our transaction. As unfortunate as it was dealing with her, we proceeded and closed the deal.

My wife and I got to work with Leah Fink for the purchasing of a new home and selling of our old home.
The purchasing process, including the search, was very straight forward with Leah. She told us what to expect and what not to expect. The honesty upfront helped ensure that we all had the same expectations.
Giving the current market we were able to find a new home and have Leah aggressively bid and push on our behalf.

The selling process was even easier. We had showings for one day and had an offer that night. Again Leah was upfront on what our expectations should be and was honest about what we could get. We ended up with an offer over our asking price.

The entire experience is a stressful process, but Leah helped keep it to a minimum.

Had very unpleasant experience with their agent Jill Van Nuis. We decided to not to proceed with purchase of the house only because we do not trust those people. If you choose to deal with them stay in a high alert as Jill may play tricks on you as she did in our case.
