Customer service is slow, expect to wait ages to collect your parcel as its usually only one person there to serve people.

Could visibly see the staff working slowly...
Perhaps explains why the Royal mail is always delayed.

The worst Royal Mail services ever !!!!! Postman doesn't even bother delivering his/her packages to people just posted the slip through the door without ringing !!!!This isnt the first time!!! Standing in the hallway I couldn't believe my eyes. I will gladly avoid every company that uses Royal mail !!!!!! I am pretty sure I am not the only one having this problem!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Jackie Williams is a very rude lady.

Shameful customer service and rude. Like they say- nothing worse than an idiot with a bit of power. Don t go.
