Nice hotel with wonderful views. Unfortunately, the room was overheated and the carpet in the room was not that sexy

Never again this hotel! Bed sheets were full of stains and the bed looked so wrinkled as if the last guests had just got up. The condition reported to the reception, we were promised to fix it immediately, but looked the same in the evening. Breakfast was a disaster. New Years Eve diner was great.

The team is great and the restaurant very good. On the other hand, the room is very poorly lit (2 small lamps and no light), bathroom towels in poor condition (3 out of 4 bathrobes torn). I didn't expect the sauna to be nudist.

Spacious room with a fantastic view of Lake Lucern. Breakfast and dinner is amazing.

It was our first time as a family and after this holiday, which only lasted 1 night, we had the feeling that we had been there for 1 week. The price is a bit higher, but there is also something for the money.

Only the building alone could look modern from the outside. Deduction for one star wouldn't be fair when looking at the list of good things.

Nice picturesque hotel, located on the water line beside Weggis ferry terminal, with beautiful view over the lake of Luzern.

Nice location, nice room, pretty but the lights are a bit dark, the owner seems to be Thai. Most like having a balcony to smoke :)

Rooms were terribly dirty. Shortly before us someone had done his business and the glasses with it ......
..! Hair everywhere on the sanitary facilities. Dust everywhere, plastic pieces under the bed, balcony sticky, one side of the bed not freshly made, dead flies in the bedclothes!
After we got a new room on complaint, it wasn't much better. We were about to leave. But at a late hour no more vigor. I slept on the pillow and towel I had brought with me. Breakfast was terrible except for the coffee! Too small a selection. Noise all day long ... construction site next door (the hotel can't do anything for it) At night until 3 o'clock noise from the bar below. In the morning at 6 people screeching. 4 stars? Should be reconsidered. However, the view was great. The entrance hall with the cleanliness is unfortunately wrong. Friendliness was given and we were reimbursed 15 francs for the parking garage WOW ... NEVER AGAIN !!!! Think well!

Wellness area very good. Unfortunately, the pool is under repair. Otherwise great hotel.

the superior double room with balcony was very nice with great view. the hotel has nice facilities and super friendly staff. The parking costs 15CHF at the back of the hotel, but you might find public spots cheaper in front.

For the first time I spent, I'm liking it, it has a good pool, sauna, gym, solarium, reception staff super friendly, impeccable service, room is fine, the pay respect nothing to say, I'm glad ,,, recommend it. ..... has a wonderful lake view, visit .... good breakfast ....

Nice hotel in a great location by the lake. The rooms are standard but fine, nice view of the lake. The restaurant is very good, good, beautiful presentation and generous quantities. General decoration that combines modern and other older elements. Friendly reception but a lack of organization is sometimes felt. The SPA is good.

Stay away from this hotel!! There is no thermostat in the rooms, we felt like we were in a oven. We tried to call the reception desc and we even went two times during the night but no one was there. This hotel is and was a nightmare. The receptionists are rude and they don t care about the customers. The rooms are dirty and dusty. The breakfast is overpriced for what they serve. Avoid at any cost.

Everything perfect and excellent, very good view of the lake

This hotel offers guests moldy bread, rotten vegetables, and unfresh meat. The front desk even said that the bread mold is normal, and the vegetables turn yellow. The front desk promised that the hotel manager would go to work normally. I will wait for me when I return to the hotel. When I return to the hotel at 5 pm, I said that the manager is not present, refused to call the manager, and later said that the manager is not in Switzerland. A lie, and a strong request, a woman named Katja, in the face of many people promised to apologize at 10 o'clock the next day, but did not appear the next day. The front desk said that the traffic jam was on the road, but I did not reply after I contacted her for more than 15 hours. Another lie! I have not received a written apology so far. The attitude of the hotel is extremely poor, the employees are lying and they do not respect the guests. The health department and police of Lucerne and Weggis have been notified. Here are the moldy breads and restaurants shot in the restaurant.

A not so nice hotel at a pretty nice location... the corridors are dark and dingy... you could hear the water in the pipes in the walls... the interiors are purple!

Great location right on the lake and good value for money. Very friendly staff. Great pool and sauna. Fitness center also available.
Room was clean, had a bath and a balcony.

Overall, nice hotel, which has huge potential.

The welcome was nice with Mr Guillermo very friendly who made the effort to explain us in French. We were at the Spa, the pool and in the dark some lights are broken, the Hamann Sauna looks pretty but we did not use it.

Arrived at the restaurant, we took the "half-board" so the right to an imposed menu. OK It suited us. But after ordering what the server had "forced" us to take, he comes back saying he was wrong and offers us something else, not good at all.


The waiter was friendly, but the service was "difficult", the customers all laughed because the waiters did not know or bring the dishes and they asked the tables "Is it for you?" Finally not very professional. but not serious.

The next day, nice breakfast with pre-cooked supermarket croissants, but again, okay.

The check out: the big problem.

A girl not smiling and unpleasant me out the total score all inclusive: half board, more dishes ordered at the restaurant is a huge note, I explain that the server told me he had asked the manager to remove the half board but it had not been done so I had to wait 15 minutes she asks, between her annoyed and other looks.

In the end, I had the right to a tone of the receptionist and not even goodbye, it 'absolutely necessary that this girl changes job and she puts herself behind a desk or contact with other people is limited.

Being from a prestigious hotel school on the Swiss Riviera I find it shameful.

For the rooms, they are beautiful, with sublime lake view.
It lacked toilet paper, and 1/2 bathrobes were without a belt so barely usable. but not serious.

In the end, if there had not been this receptionist, I will have more stars because all these small defects were not serious, but I must warn the next customers of the behavior of it.

There are plenty of hotels in Weggis, all with lake view ... we will stay elsewhere next time.

One of the worst hotel in weggis with partly stupied staff, only reception is ok, but hotel is so like the boss..... room is dark and breakfast so poor only white toast bread ect.... is it very poor and the staff by breakfast is so stupieds. Never go to this hotel, have some others in Weggis what are mutch better....

Im a bus driver, and working. My company booked this hotel for me and my group, and after when im arrived here, i havent room. I have to move an other hotel. Disgusting reception and organization.

We have a great stay experienced with great hotel room and a very great food, very finely prepared and very great restaurant atmosphere. The workforce is very friendly and accommodating. Keep this price for a great deal. We sincerely thank you for your hospitality.

A 1960's modern hotel that has been refurbished relatively recently to a high standard. It has spectacular views over the lake and mountains. There is a parking garage, gym, spa and indoor swimming pool. They also have three restaurants.

Beautiful wellness hotel right on the lake. Nice staff, clean pool and nice rooms with a view of the Alps and the lake. Dream stay, we will come again.

Very unhygienic, old mattresses, also uncomfortable and disgusting. Otherwise hotel reasonably clean. Hotel receptionist is totally rude and arrogant.

NEGATIVE:
- on our arrival we learned that the complete spa area was closed !!
- There were still cigarette butts on the balcony
- Breakfast: cutlery had to be taken to the square itself
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs were inedible (according to our note was mentioned, that you can also order separately)
- no hotel information in room
- In the bathroom it had no shower or shampoo
- WC: no replacement toilet paper !!!
- Staff spoke partly only English

- outstanding views of Lake Lucerne
- excellent location (very central and quite quiet)

Excellent service, restaurant and hotel. Parking nearby, paid. Very good breakfast. New rooms, everything is clean, there are slippers.

The hotel is completely different than what is portrayed online. The rooms are much smaller, the balconies are poorly upkept, and the bathroom lacks a door. It is completely disgraceful. Wouldn t let my dog sleep here, but sadly I must because this overpriced hobbit hole costs more than an average American s student loans.

For the money back. You eat a lot of rooms, breakfast cira disaster. But there is a nice sauna and the hotel really nice fitness and swimming pool

Totally incompetent restaurant staff! Do not know anything and only speak German.

We were greeted very nicely and check-in was very quick and uncomplicated. At the same time we were able to reserve a table for the evening. Although we already booked it by email and after booking again by phone, as we did not receive any response to our email. In the evening we visited the restaurant. Unfortunately no table was reserved for us. Luckily the restaurant wasn't fully booked. The service was very quick and the food was on the table in no time. It was very good and the food was beautifully presented. You can feel that the staff has been reduced as a result of Corona and that you sometimes have to help yourself. Despite everything, I would book the hotel again.

Very well located hotel. Reception and service very friendly. Breakfast is phenomenal! It has something for everyone. The rooms overlooking the lake worthwhile. Only the showers would have to be changed, every time a flood in the bathroom.

Protective measures were good. Accommodation is perfectly located at the boat station. Staff very friendly.

I can t say enough about this hotel! It is right on the lake, we had beautiful views and outstanding service. The breakfast was wonderful and I m so impressed with the gym, pool, and spa area. Would love to stay here again!!

Reception person are mysterious.Vera dark entrance and conference room was at rundown stage no guest on other side nearby all restaurant were full.

- The furnishing of the room is unfortunately outdated.
- In our room there was no door to the bathroom just a curtain ... so only for people who have absolutely no inhibitions.
- In the bathroom both shower heads were broken (one did not work at all and the other was totally leaky and the water splashed in all directions). The complaint was unfortunately not followed up.

Mostly very friendly and courteous staff. Exception: in the restaurant some of the service staff is not very skilled or competent.
Unfortunately, some deficiencies in the room and the entire area. It seems like there is a lack of money to fix problems properly.

Price - performance is right.

It's old but not messy.

Lighting is bad through the belt - defect or flickering, e.g. for outside lighting, entrance stairs, gym, sauna and room. Generally gloomy.

Service friendly but often chaotic or late.

Mattresses are saggy and very soft.

Very noisy and smoke draws in despite the balcony door being closed.

The location is great! Very nice view

For the price, however, very nice and breakfast buffet also delicious.

Horrible! We arrive and the beds are dirty, they are just folded but they have not been washed! These are the sheets of the old people who had slept here! After showing the photos at the reception, they made no move! It is unacceptable ! The sheets were then just changed in front of us with a bad atmosphere, as if we should have been silent! Very very bad, I am disappointed. I will not be back and strongly recommend that you book a room elsewhere.

Nice hotel, helpful staff I must say that we were almost the only guests in the hotel. Comfortable and clean room except under the bed. Balcony with a magnificent view of the lake. Excellent location. And free parking (only 5 places). Not trying the restaurant or the spa.

Great hotel on the lake, right at the pier. Very nice view from the window, excellent design of the hotel as a whole. Pleased with an excellent spa, which was already included in the price per room, there are 2 types of saunas, a solarium, a relaxation room, a pool ...
The staff does an excellent job. Let's come back here again, definitely!

Fantastic location by the lake, facing the debarcadero. Nice, functional room, relatively well cleaned, but located in the noisiest wing of the hotel !! Sleepless night due to restaurant opposite with continuous movement of containers x garbage and glass + church bells at 200 m that rang every 15 min / 24h !! Sin! At the reception we were told that there was nothing they could do. They didn't even offer us accommodation in a quieter area

A hotel where it is good to stay, the rooms are beautiful and spacious but can for some lack of maintenance and practicality, especially in terms of lighting. Even so, a very good stay despite a capricious weather!

We arrived at this hotel today, and our room has a view of the Vierwaldstaettersee and we stay for 4 days.

Nice hotel, but the typical restaurant is really not good! The fondue is not good. It's really made for tourists, too bad.

Catastrophe. So miserable service of the incompetent receptionist and her apprentice ... never again will we even set foot here.

The price of the hotel was actually moderate and appropriate for Swiss standards. The rooms were very tidy and generally cleanly prepared. We felt that the reception was professionally (multilingual). The food in the evening (in the garden restaurant, lakeside) however (breakfast was ok) was a letdown. The tables were never cleared during the various courses. The "good" review, so one had the impression, was accepted by the foreign staff, but according to the motto what do I have two ears for. the quality of the evening meals was not the best either. Recommendation, the restaurant Oliv next door is our insider tip.

I have never been in such a disappointing hotel !! Photos looked great. As well as entrance area and restaurant. Balcony but in need of renovation and completely dirty. The toilet was not even cleaned ... Remains of urine and pubic hair directly on the Wc glasses. Bath everywhere corners and not clean. Bedspreads full of stains and blankets inside brown.
My partner and I went to the restaurant. Service totally unfriendly. We got a plate where cutlery and spice on it which we had to arrange ourselves. Drinks were dirty and glasses dirty.
Reception could maybe 10% German and the rest do not even know breakfast was. Simply catastrophic! We were so disappointed !!

The setting of the hotel is spectacular facing the lake but the services offered by the hotel are pesimos.You have to value.

We have on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 1.30 p.m. in the garden restaurant by the lake
of the Hotel Post ordered coffee from a lady. It took almost 20 minutes to receive it. It was just a lukewarm broth. My companion complained to the waiter who wanted to bring her another coffee. We wanted to get on the ship and so she gave up. He only wanted to charge her one, but didn't want the staff to suffer financial losses. There would be enough staff available, faster service would have been possible.
The waiter was absolutely correct. No recommendation for a 4 * superior hotel.
I have traveled a long way and can therefore judge.
