The welcome was nice with Mr Guillermo very friendly who made the effort to explain us in French. We were at the Spa, the pool and in the dark some lights are broken, the Hamann Sauna looks pretty but we did not use it.

Arrived at the restaurant, we took the "half-board" so the right to an imposed menu. OK It suited us. But after ordering what the server had "forced" us to take, he comes back saying he was wrong and offers us something else, not good at all.


The waiter was friendly, but the service was "difficult", the customers all laughed because the waiters did not know or bring the dishes and they asked the tables "Is it for you?" Finally not very professional. but not serious.

The next day, nice breakfast with pre-cooked supermarket croissants, but again, okay.

The check out: the big problem.

A girl not smiling and unpleasant me out the total score all inclusive: half board, more dishes ordered at the restaurant is a huge note, I explain that the server told me he had asked the manager to remove the half board but it had not been done so I had to wait 15 minutes she asks, between her annoyed and other looks.

In the end, I had the right to a tone of the receptionist and not even goodbye, it 'absolutely necessary that this girl changes job and she puts herself behind a desk or contact with other people is limited.

Being from a prestigious hotel school on the Swiss Riviera I find it shameful.

For the rooms, they are beautiful, with sublime lake view.
It lacked toilet paper, and 1/2 bathrobes were without a belt so barely usable. but not serious.

In the end, if there had not been this receptionist, I will have more stars because all these small defects were not serious, but I must warn the next customers of the behavior of it.

There are plenty of hotels in Weggis, all with lake view ... we will stay elsewhere next time.
