We have on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 1.30 p.m. in the garden restaurant by the lake
of the Hotel Post ordered coffee from a lady. It took almost 20 minutes to receive it. It was just a lukewarm broth. My companion complained to the waiter who wanted to bring her another coffee. We wanted to get on the ship and so she gave up. He only wanted to charge her one, but didn't want the staff to suffer financial losses. There would be enough staff available, faster service would have been possible.
The waiter was absolutely correct. No recommendation for a 4 * superior hotel.
I have traveled a long way and can therefore judge.
