- on our arrival we learned that the complete spa area was closed !!
- There were still cigarette butts on the balcony
- Breakfast: cutlery had to be taken to the square itself
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs were inedible (according to our note was mentioned, that you can also order separately)
- no hotel information in room
- In the bathroom it had no shower or shampoo
- WC: no replacement toilet paper !!!
- Staff spoke partly only English
POSITIVE:
- outstanding views of Lake Lucerne
- excellent location (very central and quite quiet)
