They ALWAYS mess up my orders, big or small it never fails.
I gave up on ordering gravy breads because they always come DRY. (idk how that happens when it s literally bread dipped in gravy.) You re better off making the drive to a different location, because this one ain t it.

The food is good, but the wait is no. We wanted 30 minutes for our food while everyone else was waiting 10. They had forgotten about out order and had to remake it when we asked what was taking so long

Great service for the drive through. Have not been back to the indoors. I know they made their rep on hot dogs but I can't get enough of the Italian beef
They know how to move the drive-through line quickly, and of course the food is great.
Crowded, noisy, hard to maneuver parking lot. Can't hear yourself think. Nothing special about the food.
Portobello sandwich straight out of the drive thru was soggy and falling apart to the point of being inedible. No thanks.

Always good at every location. I suggest the big beef with mozzarella and sweet peppers, a large order of french fries, and a coke. Amazing every time.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Great food though. But... Slow. Slow. Slow. Give yourself ample time to get through the drive through. It so doesn't hurt to install their app, which also needs polishing. Bit if you use the app nyiu get your order in 8 minutes or less which is quicker than than the average wait time of 20 minutes in drive thru.
I would give them no stars if I could. I ve gotten many many orders that were incomplete or wrong. To top it off staff is extremely rude. I wouldn t wish this place on anyone. Staff also racially discriminates against customers. Definitely inferior to other locations in DeKalb, Tinley Park, Schaumburg, Elgin and Arlington Heights.

The dog was tasty...though the name implied it would be very large (and I thought the picture too) and it was very normal sized. But you can get it as custom as you want really. The packaging was SOOO messy though and I was eating in-house and there were very few customers. So why??
The cheese fries were so bad. They were recommended by someone. They were gross. I would imagine similar quality "cheese fries" from a Circle K if they offered fries at the nacho station.
Overpriced as well.... So no! Despite the interior reminding you of Fuddruckers, it is not even close.

They have a wide variety of food, and it's all good! True Chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef that's unrivaled, and chocolate cake you can write home about! And as of April 10th, lemon cake is back for the summer season!

Great themed (olden days) decor all around something to look at. Sign up with their app and get a free chocolate cake on your birthday. Prices trend a little higher than your standard fast food joints. But the food is hot fresh and full of quality. Thank you Portillos.
Good food, but all 4 drive thru times they made a mistake on my order. They even left out a whole sandwich or fries or cake and I never get my sweet peppers for my beef sandwich, which btw is extra. Lol. The help stinks.
