My only complaints are the download and upload speed which seem to be mega slow at least for me and I live just a short ways away from the inner harbor you can get faster speeds with Verizon or Xfinity for better prices as well but they are less likely to work with you overall theyre Very good people just very slow internet

Internet is out on Christmas Eve and I can't get a response from them. Trash service, very slow speed, they frequently have issues and will cut your service without warning even if it is an error on their end. They also will get out higher speed packages for the same price or $10 more and not tell you so that they can keep charging you a large amount for slower speeds. Once they forgot to autobill me for a month without cutting service and then triple charged me two months later. Would not recommend unless you were literally forced to deal with them.
I used Port Networks for 4 years straight. This has honestly been the best internet I have had in my life, in terms of speed, affordability, consistency, and support. I *highly* recommend the company and would have stayed with them forever if we did not leave Baltimore.
I was under the impression that it was illegal to enter an exclusive agreement with a building owner, but it seems they have found a workaround with a Right of Entry exclusivity with my landlord. The service is spotty, slow and expensive, but it is currently our only choice, and it seems the customer service people are exhausted
Edit: my building once had Verizon, then there was a dispute with the landlord. Then we were relegated to satellite. After so many issues with the port Networks system, both Comcast and Verizon confirmed that I needed an ROE from an unwilling landlord, Verizon even did a site visit to check out the wiring of the building. Now you can understand why it feels like de facto exclusive right to entry.
I love this company. After xfinity/Comcast announced there were impalmenting data caps on their customers in the middle of a pandemic, I had to switch. Port networks techs were professional and through. And I've noticed no change in internet speed after switching. All 4 in the household stream in HD with no issues. On top on that there's was a HUGE DECREASE in my monthly internet bill. Eff Comcast.
Hands down best technical support and customer service I've received for home use wifi service. I encountered an issue and submitted an email to the help desk asking for them to call for assistance. The person called back within the hour. He was efficient with helping resolve the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very happy with the customer service and speedy resolution.
I can only imagine that the people who gave Port Networks low ratings are people that work for other network services like Comcast . I have had Port Networks for over 10 years and absolutely love them! My service is great! No complaints! If i do have to contact them, i can EASILY get them on the phone or they call back promptly. It is wonderful! They are wonderful! Would 100% recommend !
Arrived on time with a courtesy call a few days before installation. Installers were professional and efficient. I work from home and stream all my devices on wifi. So far connection is great, speed is decent, no issues. I also like using the app to manage the service.
Sorriest service ever. The owner Hugh is one of the biggest liars in the company they want to charge you $75 for garbage internet and services. Internet signal isn't stable on any electronics, including our phones, Direct TV receiver, SmartTv and PS4. Having issues with WAN wire in the router and they tried to blame my cat, and want to charge me $120 dollars to come fix it. don't waste your time with these people, absolute garbage. Representatives are arrogant and don't care about the customers, they never told me when I signed up about a $120 fee to come fix equipment, they don't want to work with you and they hang up your phone calls when you call them trying to get help with your situation, the service is just all-around complete garbage don't waste your time or money with these people if I could rate this zero stars, I would.
