Good food, priced accordingly, the place could use more light and a revamp, it's looking old and outdated. Service was great, quite fast too!

Ideal place for a good meal after a Broadway show. We enjoyed the food and wine very much.

We went for a family dinner. We had reserved a table via open table, and we were seated right away. The place is nice. We were served by a female waiter who clearly was unhappy with being on our table. She was making eye contacts with other waiter every time we ask her for something. Finally, by the end of our meals, a male waiter came, and pack the rest of the food for us, and gave the check. Food was good but not that special.

Iconic bar to visit when you're in NYC, it really has the classic feel and you almost feel like you're thrown into a time machine in a good way.

The bartender on the night we went on the second floor was amazing, professional and really feels authentic. He was able to handle a large crowd with speed and accuracy, our drinks we mixed wonderfully watching him dance through the drinks was a sight to behold!

The place is a bit quiet and without music at the time which felt a bit weird for a bar, but does have its advantages.

I give them 8/10!

Mediocre food. You are paying for the name, location and history. Very good waitstaff.

The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was subpar. The waiters were all bored and standing around in groups and it looked trashy. The dress code is confusing because some were in suits and others were in Hawaiian t-shirts and shorts.

Went here after a show with my parents. Everything was fantastic. They were incredibly accommodating of my dairy allergy. It was one of the best, juiciest pork chops I ve ever had. It s a shame it wasn t very busy, because everything about the place was great.

My server was wonderful and the host kind. The atmosphere is perfect for a pre-Broadway meal. Prices are on the higher side but reasonable given the location. The loss of stars is due to the food. The mashed potatoes were wonderful but the chicken breast was dry and marginal; I have, often, cooked better at home. For a place this well known, cooking chicken poorly is just unacceptable. I gave three stars rather than a lower score is due to the kind service, but the chicken needs work.

Didn't live to is hype. I didn't find any of the dishes I had to be that great. Service was fast and kind though! Can be really busy so reserve before hand.

Planned a visit to your restaurant with my elderly grandparents. They were really looking forward to
dining
here. Called and there was a recording. No mention the restaurant was closed! On website restaurant states open. We took Uber to location and on door said closed because of pandemic. Well pandemic has been on going for over a year. Please update your website and recording. BAD BAD CUSTOMER FOCUS.
