Hands down best technical support and customer service I've received for home use wifi service.
I encountered an issue and submitted an email to the help desk asking for them to call for assistance. The person called back within the hour. He was efficient with helping resolve the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very happy with the customer service and speedy resolution.
