What matters at the end is how issues are resolved by a dealership.
We bought a pre-owned convertible that was presented in AS-NEW condition. When we test drove the car, the top wouldn't open and they took it quickly back into their shop to "fix" it - we have been told that this happened before but it was only a kinked cable and everything is good.
Upon arriving at home (4h way), the top wouldn't open again and turns out it is a well known issue and requires a few hundred dollars to fix.
Unfortunately, they are ignoring our calls and emails - we are too far away to drive by and confront the GM with this issue, so will get it fixed locally.
This is very disappointing - we have never experienced such a lack of responsiveness and accountability by any car dealer, let alone a Porsche Center. If they ignore smaller problems, I wonder how they'll treat you if you have a bigger issue?
As someone else pointed out, they're not the only Porsche shop in the area and stop caring/responding once your purchase is complete.
If you are looking to purchase a Porsche do not go here. The staff is unprofessional and they are full of lies. I have been given the run around to have a few scratches on my bumper fixed that was promised in writing at the time of purchase. Apparently they want to fix it at the cheapest price and haven't been able to find a body shop. Willys Lovince is the biggest liar there and I am considering taking legal action.
From 1985 to 2013 I've owned BMWs. Out of curiosity I toured the Porsche of Arlington showroom and entered a new world of German engineering and craftsmanship. The salesman, Antuan Bouyea, was patient, informative and attentive to the needs and questions of myself and my wife. It took two visits but after we finished I was sold on the product and service. To date I've bought three porsches from this dealership and have promised them all my future business. They make the entire process stress free and manageable. I congratulate them on their expansion/modernization efforts and pursuit of continued excellence.
This place has a lot of expensive cars. They also had a lot of used cars that weren't quite as pricey.
I had extremely great service with a salesman that goes by the name of Zaid and I truly recommend to do business with him he really takes his time and goes through every detail of the car. Overall I had a wonderful experience.
Simply didn't care. Did not follow-up? Take it or leave it attitude.

For many years I was a satisfied sales and service customer but no more. Overall customer service at this dealership has steadily declined over the past two years to the point where I no longer take my three Porsche's to them. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Porsche of Arlington and suggest you take your Porsche business elsewhere.

Got a good deal on a solid car and got treated right. Working with Ruben and the nice young lady at the front desk was a great experience. Wasn't able to work a deal on my BMW 535xi trade-in, they tried to low-ball me there. Ask for Ruben, he is a cool dude who will work to make sure you are satisfied with the car you are buying. I was able to take a business-like, pragmatic approach to buying a car here and it is much appreciated!

AVOID the service department. They will lie to you. They will over charge you. They may even sabotage your Porsche.
Went in to have a spare key made. Drove to my mother's in Pittsburgh the next day. The car drove fine the 280 miles. Next morning visited a friend 1 mile away and check engine comes on. Ended up having the car towed to a transmission place after it didn't start at my friends house.
Transmission shop diagnosed the faulty neutral/reverse switch. After the repair was completed I talked a bit with the mechanic/owner. He had replaced a lot of switches before, not necessarily all neutral/reverse, but he is also a Porsche owner. He said he had never seen anything what he found with the switch he replaced. It was more or less melted.
Perhaps a strange coincidence... I'll let you decide.

I bought a pre-owned Lexus GS 350 from this dealership. First of all they were offered examplary service during test drives and the purchase process. Few days into the purchase I realized that one of the door was loose and wobbled a bit while shutting it. There was some wind noise as well. I spoke with the owner of the dealership and shared my concern. He was super nice , got my car in to service, issued me a free rental for a couple of days, and got my lexus door repaired from their body shop. The door works great now, just like the other three doors.
Now how many dealerships of pre-owned vehicles provide this kind of service after few days of the purchase. I am super-impressed by their customer service attitude. Essentially they showed that my satisfaction was important to them.

I recently saw this car on the road and had to get into the dealer to learn more. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Avery. This is the quality of professional I expect to interact with at a luxury car dealership. He was personable and really took time to make sure I was a well informed customer. Also, best of all he was knowable in specific details for example the Panamera powertrains, from the 330-hp V-6 to the 550-hp twin-turbo V-8 as well as two hybrid models. His product passion was contagious and totally surpassed my expectations. I have never had this type of customer service experience at other high end dealerships. That's the type of commitment and attention to detail I need and expect to feel good about my purchase.

I drove all the way down there from NYC to pick up the car. It was a 32k miles used cayenne. Next day, i found four wheels were severely damaged (scratches), one of the tires is not even the right size. Once I had a flat tire on the high way and tried to use the backup tire, i found it was damaged already. Other hidden problems my car has include almost wear-out breaks, glove drawer malfunction. If you want to buy used car from this dealership, make sure to check EVERY detail of the car. They will screw you over without a second thought.

I went in to the dealership about 75% ready to buy a Panamera GTS. This was my first Porsche purchase and I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive car. Additionally, I wanted to know a little more about the car's features and the buying process. Kyle, greeted me and immediately eased my worries about the car. He patiently explained all the car's features and it's technology and even explained the terms used by the manufacturer (Porsche Doppelkupplung). He then explained the dealership's loan approval and buying process, which cleared up a lot for me. In short, he educated me about the Porsche-buying process. Nice dealership. As an out of state buyer, I was able to communicate via email mostly. The dealership fee is rather high at $799. Although the salesperson Kody gave me a $500 discount after negotiation, which greatly helped to mitigate. When I visited the to dealership to pick up, I was greeted by professional staffs in a nice building. After I picked up my car, the license plate transfer took more than a month but Kody shipped a new temporary tag to me via UPS overnight before the old one expires. Overall positive experience.

The start of the visit was a bit rough with the first salesperson saying that "the sticker price is the price you pay and if this is too high, this is the wrong car for you. We do have other used car at a lower price".
A bit insulting because we never buy used cars and there is no reason for a salesperson from a high end car maker to act this way.
Luckily Mike stepped in and helped us. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Went in to purchase a used Panamera. I also traded in a vehicle at the time. Elie did a fantastic job. He was very professional during our time together. Every other aspect of the transaction was incredibly poor. It took nearly 45 days for them to pay-off the balance of the trade. The assigned temporary registration expired after 30 days. After many calls and emails the refused to respond and send me an updated registration. As they said they would. Still after 60 days I do not have my permanent tags. So I haven't been able to drive my new car for the past month. Both the sales and finance managers will not respond to calls or emails. For a luxury car dealership their costumer service and communication is extremely disappointing. I have purchased 4 cars over the past year and this has been and continues to be the worst experience. Because of the poor leadership and management, I would not recommend this dealership. Perhaps they will respond to this post as they have not to my previous 5 calls and/or emails. I am hopeful others will see this post so they do not end up ina situation like mine.

I've owned 2 Lexus vehicles and comparing Porche's service advisors to the Lexus service advisors ... Porsche should have Lexus train them. Porsche service advisors are non-responsive and lack petsonality. To me, Porsche service advisors are like a Sears cashier.

Big deal when you have a toddler running around your show room yelling about how cool all the cars are. I wanted to take a minute to review Porsche Arlington, but more so one of their sales associates: Leandro Rodriguez.
My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle after losing our 550 Msport when a driver ran a red light and totaled our vehicle. While dealing with insurance, we started the process of investigating new vehicle options. I was a long time BMW fan, Audis were intriguing, and of course Tesla. I had to that point, never really thought about Porsche, but on a whim since we were in the area, we decided to just stop in and look .
Leandro was not a typical sales rep (maybe they are all great at Arlington, but we just dealt with him). He was kind, caring, talking to us more about us, our needs, our experience with the brand before even starting to look at the cars. He then took his time showing us several different iterations of the Macan (we had already decided maybe a more compact SUV would be good for the DMV area). He was patient as we test drove each model (GTS, S, Base) encouraging us to truly drive the car. It was unlike any car dealer experience my wife and I have ever had simply exceptional.
While ultimately, we found the specific car options we wanted at another dealer, we still came back praying that they had the model options we wanted so that we could give the sale to Leandro and Porsche Arlington. We likely could have ordered, but being a one-car family and needing a replacement ASAP it just didn t work. We are happy with our current Macan, but we will be returning to Arlington in the future for service, swag, and any future purchases where we have a bit more time to make the deal happen.
I can honestly say that without the experience that we had with Leandro we would have never really considered the Porsche brand. They are great automobiles, but it really was the personal touch that we experienced at Porsche Arlington (and Leandro specifically) that convinced us to join the Porsche family. They truly embody treating everyone as if they really matter, which is rare in today s marketplace. Kudos to the leadership and management at Porsche Arlington who identify talent like Leandro to represent the brand and store.

I enjoyed my experience with the Team. I worked primarily with Karrim, who was extremely knowledgeable about the different models--performance, features, and sales. He provided lots of good background information regarding the fleet, particularly the CPO Macan series. The process was seamless, efficient and smooth. I walked in expecting to test drive, and due to excellent salesmanship, I walked out with a CPO Macan that was priced at a level more competitive than any neighboring supplier.
Scott is the man to deal with for any out of state buyer like myself, knowledgeable, patient, all around best sales person I dealt with.
The negative comments about this dealership are all true. I was going to purchase a jaguar xf from them. I had my own financing and called just to inquire about the car and asked the best price possible before I drove 3.5 hours to see the car.
The salesman stated that if I wanted the car at that certain price that I would have to put down a $500 dollar non refundable deposit and he asked for my credit card information over the phone. Of course I told him heck no. I hadn't even seen the car in person or anything. Then he told me I would need to fill out a application and give them my social.
I laughed and asked him was he serious. They were going to run my credit even tho I already had a check from my bank to purchase the car. If you read the guy's 1* rating below mine he said they ran his credit 3times.
To sum this all up I would say steer clear of this dealership. They are very shady and pushy. I still can't believe they asked me for all of my info and $500 dollars and I hadn't even seen the car lol

This dealer is very legit and professional. Scott is the sales to go to, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. He will try to get you the best rate from multiple banks to get the car you want. And they don't charge money for a credit check, however, they do charge a fairly high doc fee/processing fee. Highly recommended.

Horrendous customer service! Once you purchase the car, they stop caring!! My Porsche Macan is one year old and I have had 3 flat tires in 9 months!!. The staff keep telling me that it s because I m driving on roads with nails, etc. I drive the same route everyday and I had one flat tire in 10 years prior to purchasing my macan. Statistically the average driver will have 5 flat tires in a lifetime. And even if this was all due to bad luck, most of the staff members i have encountered are rude and unhelpful. It takes forever to speak with a person who can actually help. I have been waiting for my car and literally watching employees stand around and do NOTHING for the last 30 mins. There is clearly no shortage of employee socialization. Don t buy a car here or get your car serviced here!
Worst car buying experience. Slow and lazy sales men. The car wasn't even ready and the sales guy disappeared on me. Turns up 30 mins later and hands me over to someone else. I have an Aston Martin Vantage 2019 and I was looking to try their cabrio. After an hour I saw the 2nd guy chatting in the hallway with his colleague without any regard for keeping me waiting. The dealership barely had any customers. Smh. They are running the image of the brand. This is unacceptable and Porsche should hold them accountable for treating their customers poorly and wasting their time.
I purchased additional warranties and tire protection that They force you to buy at the time of financing ,sold the car after 3 months and having a very difficult time to get my refunds.Friendly advice "Do not buy any additional warranty" It is all scam and lie.There are better and more transparent dealers.

I recently worked with many members of the Porsche of Arlington team to complete a purchase for a used Infiniti on their lot. I won't go into a terrible amount of detail, but complications arose on the financing end. Instead of just dropping me and tearing up the deal, the whole team which was spearheaded by their manager Sami who was assisted by Michael and Antuan, worked tirelessly and went to bat for me numerous times. It impressed me that the manager of a luxury dealer of this caliber of vehicle would throw himself into the fire for me instead of just pushing me to someone on the floor.
I understand that this is a business and it exists solely to make money, however this group went far beyond that in understanding my situation and to help me get into an AWD car before the winter sets in. If, in the future, I ever am in the market for a Porsche I guarantee that this will be the lot that I go to. If this is how they treat a customer who is only looking to pick up one of their lower priced used cars on the lot, I can only imagine (and I witnessed several times while waiting) how they treat prospective $100k buyers. It is an incredibly friendly and accommodating environment, and I have a couple of executives at my workplace in the market for upscale luxury who I will point in this direction.
Don't take your vehicle here unless you want bad service. I brought my car here because the seatbelt buckles in the rear wouldn't work properly and also because I felt a shake between 60-68 mph. It was raining when I pulled up to the service lane. There were three cars under the covered area. I waited and waited for someone to finally move the vehicles so I could pull up. Waited more for rep to check me in because it seemed to be only one person working. They told me it would be 4 days for parts which was fine. On the fifth day I had to call to check on it and was told only one came in.. the other identical part would be another 5 days. I was also told by the rep that he drove my car 80+ mph 4 times and didn't feel anything. I'm thinking to myself... did I tell you to do 80 mph? I said the issue was at 60-68 mph. I was fed up so I went to get my car and took it to Bethesda porsche. They were much better and communicated effectively. My vehicle was done when they said it would be and they cleaned it. Even though it's much further I will only be taking my vehicle to Bethesda from here on. Save yourself a headache and don't go to Arlington.
When I arrive to Porsche of Arlington I needed guidance on my Cayenne. Michael Chauca provided me with his expertise on areas I was looking for and with that it was history. His knowledge, experience and professional understanding of the choice I made in my life was a lot easier on choosing my Cayenne. I would like to THANK Mike til this day which I still have his advice on making matters comfortable for my family and I with my new Cayenne.

I purchased a used car here back in January. The dealership failed us in several ways.
1 - David "Tex" Robinson was a hassle to work with. Aside from the typical salesman "vibe", he clearly attempted to misdirect us a few times. The most prominent was when he said he'd talk to his manager about a price, and then stood behind a car instead. Seriously, dude? More minor points are regarding cosmetic repairs that they claimed would be handled by a sister dealership, and then throwing that out the window. Is it too much to ask for, for a salesman to be up front about what you're getting? I hope this guy gets fired, I shouldn't have to work with a slime ball to give someone my money.
2 - I got a call in telling me that my tags had arrived. I went in- no tags could be found. I waited a couple more weeks, right up until my temp tags were about to expire, and then called in to get a status, and believe it or not, NOTHING had changed. They were able to rush a tag in (somehow), and they got me set up the day my temp tag expired. This was inconvenient because I don't live near the dealership.
3 - My car didn't come with a spare tire, or a jack stand. I probably should have checked these things, but I guess I never thought they would be missing from a vehicle I purchased at a dealership. You live you learn. I'm in the process of working with the used car sales manager about this, but it's very unlikely that they'll do anything about it. I'll update the review if anything changes.
They have damn good coffee though. I'll give them that.

I'm the only owner of a 97'993C4S and active on the rennlist and the Pca Potomac and always come to buy parts & check out the cars and a while ago for some recalls. The sales and parts side is always polite and ready to help but my last two visits to the service dept was not something I'd praised about last year I needed the radio code since my battery died and came to request the code the guy was a complete stiff, and now I needed an estimate for some maintenance issues the guy seemed like he rather had me gone quickly. By reading other reviews on the service dept. here seems like avoiding it is the best route.
Charged me for the full maintenance, even though they said that it didn't need it. The car had a new engine installed previously, they were going by the mileage, does that make sense? If you are doing engine maintenance, then go by the mileage of the new engine. Aside from that, the sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy.
Please understand as you read this review that I do not work for Porsche of Arlington nor do I have any relatives that work for Porsche of Arlington and finally that my profession is not anyway related to automobiles. In addition, I am not receiving any compensation or discounts whatsoever for this review. My car is already bought and the sale is complete so there is nobody twisting my arm to write this review. Finally, my time like yours is very limited.
However, it would be an injustice if I didn't share with you my experience at Porsche of Arlington as it was without question the most professional experience I have ever had with an automobile dealership, and No this was not my first Porsche.
Plain and simple the staff were not pushy they were professional, they were not manipulative they were straight forward and informative, they did not present obstacles they offered solutions, they treated me with respect and at all times they made sure if I needed anything I received it.
There were also several opportunities where they could have attempted to add charges to the sale or what I refer to as nickel and dimed me, however they did NOT nor did they attempt to do so.
Quite honestly, the whole experience was pleasant and impressive. Yes, the Porsche is a class of its own, however so were the professionals representing Porsche of Arlington. It's without question I would recommend anyone to Porsche of Arlington, and in fact I will any chance I get.
Last but not least, I recommend asking for Nicholas and Kevin for sales and working with Justin in Finance. I have Excellent Credit, not just by my standards but that of the reporting agencies so I knew I would receive a great finance offer, however Justin shocked me with the excellent rate he offered me which I gladly accepted.
In conclusion, I hope that not only do you have the opportunities I have to experience a Porsche but also that you begin your experience the right way like I did and deal with Porsche of Arlington.
