I went to the Grapevine Dodge and Jeep website online, went to service department and requested an oil change at 430 pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. The request was sent at approximately 800 am, the form ask how would you like to be contacted, I checked email and gave my email address, also gave my cell phone number. I checked email and cell phone at approximately 350 pm, no contact was made from Grapevine Dodge. I then called and spoke to the service manager who said he was the one who responds to the email but has been to busy helping out the service advisors he has been unable to check and respond to email and asked how could he help. I informed him that I was trying to set an appointment for an oil change and he said no problem just bring it in and we will take care of that. I arrived at the service department point of contact at approximately 420 pm got out of my jeep stood around for 2-4 minutes then raised my wranglers hood and checked the oil. had to get a paper towel from jeep to replace dip stick (very hot). closed the hood and still no contact. I did observe a service advisor (wearing a red polo shirt) walk within 5-10 feet and beside of me (never acknowledging me and my jeep) and then he went into his glass office. shortly after that occurred an employing wearing a white shirt informed me that someone would be assisting me very soon, I informed him I had been there for about 7-9 minute and nobody has even looked in my direction, he then spoke to the above service advisor and let him know that I needed help, the above service advisor said he was out of there (off) and another service advisor would need to help me. He then grab his personal item and walked off. I observed and older man wearing a red shirt walk up from the service entrance area 10-20 feet away he was carrying a handful of papers. This man also never looked at me and continued into his service office. I observed that the service manager was in his office but he is not able to see the area where the vehicle pull and wait for service. At approximately 437 pm (17 minutes after arrival and no contact) I drove away very unhappy with this dealerships service department. on a positive note, I really like their sales department this was my third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership over the years. I will be removing the Grapevine Jeep sticker and tire cover today. I Will find a dealership that has a good service department and purchase my next jeep from them.
