I went in to the dealership about 75% ready to buy a Panamera GTS. This was my first Porsche purchase and I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive car. Additionally, I wanted to know a little more about the car's features and the buying process. Kyle, greeted me and immediately eased my worries about the car. He patiently explained all the car's features and it's technology and even explained the terms used by the manufacturer (Porsche Doppelkupplung). He then explained the dealership's loan approval and buying process, which cleared up a lot for me. In short, he educated me about the Porsche-buying process. I will be forever thankful for working with such a sharp salesman for my first purchase. Great job Kyle!!
