Sandwiches done right. If you're looking for a sitdown place with delicious american food centered around a set of sandwich options - this is the place. Very vegetarian friendly. The food my group got was uniformly delicious.

Best French toast I've had in a long time. On a drizzly grey Sunday, the wait was about 30 minutes. The food was delicious! We had the toasted apple and cheddar sandwich. When our neighbors' French toast arrived at their table I was totally jealous, and decided I must try that, too. After putting in a side order, it arrived fairly quickly. Whipped butter and a nice syrup made it totally worthwhile. Great bloody Mary too!

Benedict was good but the pork was untrimmed and therefore really fatty. The Shakshouka was way too concentrated and tasted like tomato paste on toast. On top of that the kitchen extraction fans obviously won't keeping up and the air was pretty thick, giving my wife allergies. Ambience was great and service friendly.

Porkchop & Co turned out to offer such delicious breakfast food, outstanding service and really cozy ambiance.

Granted, portions are small, but food is so well done! I enjoyed my flavorful breakfast here.

While you order and pay at a counter upon entry, the staff brings you your meal to the table and checks on you multiple times. Very attentive gals and lads working here!

If you don t leave a tip upon paying, you may leave a tip in a jar upon leaving!

I wish they opened early in the day, to enjoy their food before going to work!

Came here for the first time because of my gfs last experience here last time was amazing. Unfortunately, it wasn t hyped up the way she said it.

Pros:
- interior decor was nice
- food presentation was good

Cons:
- the rabbit meat Kim chi dish was overbearing with very little meat imo
- the French toast was a bit too sweet but overall pretty good. The reason why I have it has con is because I ve tasted a lot better French toast elsewhere, and it was hyped up to be better here.

Recommendations:
- my gf mentioned it used to a lot better, so I would think the consistency of quality is most likely reason why I gave this place 3 star.
- if you re looking for a decent French toast and you re around a cool hip and farmers market at Ballard, this is a nice place.

This is one of the most original, genuine, great-tasting spots to enjoy some carnivore-tastic culinary bliss. They know what they are doing and execute dishes in the spirit of splendid breakfast art. The crew is pleasant, friendly, and jams good tunes to create to.
Don't pass go, don't collect $200 - just get down there and order. You won't be sorry.

Having been a chef for the last 20 years, I have a pretty great idea of a good food and hospitality. Chef Paul has created a very warm, friendly, and inviting place that can cater to everyone. His unique take on classic dishes combined with the extremely professional staff create a truly unique experience. Try the apple melt and definitely don't miss the beef cheek pastrami. I can't wait until I return to Seattle to get back to this hidden gem. Great Job Chef!

Delicious Food. Unique combinations of dishes, all have so far been great. I almost knocked it a star for it's cramped seating and their higher than normal pricing; but, they smoke/cure/pickle everything themselves making for particularly delicious food and a well earned 5 star review. Very excited for my next visit.

Went yesterday and I was impressed! The weekly tartine was superb! The lamb was okay but would never have it again and the Mole beef would benefit from more authentic Mexican flavors. The staff was beyond friendly and great.

Couldn't try their Bagels and biscuits because that seemed to be their flagship as they were out of them. I had a burrito and a sandwich. Both were pretty good. Will go again and try and bagels and update the review.

You go up to the front to order and pay, and a person will deliver your food to your table. There are opentable reservations or you can put your name on a list and wait.

Out 20 min wait for 5 was closer to a 10 minute wait. My visitors from Denver raved about the Shashuka. I thought that my porkchop was delicious, with just the right amount of bacon gravy. My other friend had the pork belly hash which was amazing as well, but he liked the porkchop over the pork belly hash.

Delicious food in a huge airy space with contemporary chic interior. Apple melt sandwich - best grilled cheese sandwich ever, overflowing with quality cheddar, Gruyere and with an addictive side of Asian-inspired cabbage slaw... Pork chop, creamed kale and buttermilk biscuit are on point as well. Cheerful polite staff as well, this totally made our day!!!

In the heart of Ballard, this little gem has a chef and staff that is dedicated to creating unique dishes and drinks from high quality local ingredients. Nice ambience, informal and friendly environs. Will definitely return on my next visit to Seattle. PS: gotta try their weekend brunch!

This is a pleasuredome for your tastebuds. Brunch here is insanely good. If you appreciate the craft of cooking that can be found in places like New Orleans, this is your place. The bacon is mmmmmmmmmwah nom nom nom nom.

Creative southern comfort influence with fresh ingredients and dishes from scratch.
