Rich fried chicken. The potatoes are the most! Not so clean

As the only white person in restaurant, I was hollered at by the manager for trying to get closer to the counter so I could see the menu (over 5o and dont have the best eye sight. A black lady was doing the same thing, but he chose to racially discriminate against me and yell at me to get into the proper line (which i had planned to do after i saw the menu.
This manager not only racially discriminated against me but was also age discrimination toward me.

It was crowded, but was served quickly. My food was cooked fresh and it was good

Worst service ever, Cashier was rude, workers were arguing in front of customers.

The staff were all rude, it was dirty and packed. The food was too salty and when I asked the condiments worker for ketchup she threw it at me. We will not be back!

This Popeye has ruined forever my love of the brand.

From having to queue up for school lunch to searching for a utensil, this ain't the Popeyes I'm used to.

I'm this|close to calling my experience borderline racist.

If your employees don't want to serve white people, then why would you hire them?

Unorganized, couldn't communicate with staff, out of things (cups, ranch) and chicken wasn't very good. Gross bathrooms.

This establishment has horrible customer service. The staff seems very unmotivated.
Its also not the cleanest place.
My order was wrong the staff is very unattentive also. I will not be returning to this establishment there is other options around.

Staff really needs assistance in customer service. They don't appear to care about the customers. Food is pretty good.

wow! i am just overly satisfied with my experience here today! everything about it was top of the line! props to the advertisements on the windows as well. that is the reason why i stepped my happy ass into the building to begin with, just really lured me inside. (it was the loaded french fries btw) had to make a move and go inside. totally the right move. glorious! 17/10!

Workers are horrible. Extremely disorganized. I work for several food deliveries and HATE picking up from here. It always takes forever and the place is disgusting.

Stayed open late for Essence festival. Very organized for the amount of people

Nasty! They don't communicate with each other well at all. Just not a good restaurant at all.

It tastes like homemade chicken, i didn't really find anything special... I don't know what i was expecting maybe fireworks or a marching band. It's fried chicken. Popeyes are known to use regular sized chicken, pls don't expect BIG size. They're not genetically modified chicken.

French quarter chicken sandwich was 3/5 too, bun was oily but fresh.

The biscuits smelled divine. I ordered the honey butter.

Service: they got my order incomplete. They're in a hurry to get people out of the line but the orders are messed up. The call out the numbers instead of having a screen. Thus the people in the claim area are all there waiting for their numbers to be called which makes a very chaotic vibe

A few years ago it was good. But this time In New Orleans the people were rude and loud. The chicken was not that tasty across the way was a place that also sells chicken which was way better .I forgot the name but there are a few in New Orleans.

Beat food in French Quarters. Lol sad truth. Great customer service. Very clean.

Chicken is delicious however I thought it was the silliest thing that you had to wait in line to give your order then wait in line to pay for your food then go to another area to have them bag your food if you were taking it to go.

I was kinda disappointed in the customer service. The chicken was not fresh and the biscuits were hard. I was assuming it was Gina taste better than my state of Ohio but I was wrong.

They have the best mashed potatoes but they really need to come back out with the 5$buck box

Excellent chicken in New Orleans.
Fast service but busy

Not properly following any Covid 19 protocols. Wearing masks only part way breathing on all the food coming out of there.
No sanitation effort.
I walked out after a 15 minute wait in a short line.

Consistent quality here. Not like other Popeyes. Food is served cafeteria style and there's a bagging station for carry out. They used to give you miniature bottles of Tabasco if you wanted hot sauce, but now you get little packets of Louisiana hot sauce.

Poor customer service unless you know the manager. The rest of the workers were fine but the manager was flirting/chatting with the two ladies in front of me. In the time it took to ring me up, the other side had rung up at least 5 to 8 customers, most likely more. This horrible service occurred on Sunday, April 1st at around 630. Edited: the food was good, thus the one star.

You have to try Popeyes in NOLA! There's a Difference!

Food was good as far as popeyes gos as usual but the service was subpar and unprofessional, the person who took our order completely messed it up and looked so confused by 2 simple orders a 3 pcs chicken with fries and a 5 pcs tenders with mash potatoes along with a pumpkin pie cheesecake pastry which is advertised all over the store, my wife had to explain what the pumpkin pie cheesecake was to her 5 times including pointing at the picture and she still had to ask someone in the back where to find it when it was literally in front her then she dropped the pastry on the floor was look confused as if she needed to throw it away or put it on our tray....it took her a second.....she threw it away......then the orders that she messed up was that I ordered a 3 pcs and received 2 pcs and the fries were basically thrown onto the tray without a care in the world. Also the staff are just conversing with their boyfriends and or friends and so is the manager. Someone needs to step in and fix the staffing in this establishment because its sad.

Great Louisiana Authentic Soul Food. Wonderful taste and very reasonable price.

Stopped to get a little something eat before going home.

Everybody has a an attitude. Showed up after 10 and they were saying that they were closed. Visiting New Orleans so I won t have a chance to come back but if I could I surely wouldn t.

Always a perennial favorite in NoLa. Food is great service is friendly, fast and efficient. Be sure and check it out. Try the chicken sandwich. Check it out.

Not what I Expected at all ..
They didn't represent as I thought they would have since I came soo far to try it.

No problem with the food but the staff needs some work. They were WAY MORE concerned with things outside of work.

Very odd way to order. It's cafeteria style, then you order again with the cashier to pay. You have to ask for everything, hot sauce, honey, straws, napkins, sporks. It's all rationed. Not very customer friendly.

This particular Popeye's has the most outgoing employees there!!! I noticed they greeted everyone who walked in the door. The manager was very polite and professional therefore he leads by example and expects his crew to follow suit. The cashier was very personable as well. What a pleasant experience!!
I try to eat there once a month!!

Manager used his child as an excuse for slow service. Was too busy on his phone and dismissed it when asked about. Food was good...
