Chicken is good. Not as salty like in NY. Smaller wings than NY.

The smell and excitement of my popcorn shrimp in this native land of Popeyes was worth the 10 min wait.

The staff here all seemed like they hated working there. Customer service non existent

Inner city chicken joint. It's always hoppin right up until closing time.

Tasted the same as anywhere else except it was fresh. Felt like it was made to order.

Took over 22 minutes my order. Other patrons were discussing whether it was a rat or mouse running around the restroom.

They say the heart of the Popeye's Chicken definitely lives in New Orleans well they got it right definitely with this location then meet with season 2 perfection and came out real good

Been there on last week. I was so curious about the famous spicy chicken. Tired and exhausted due 8 hours driving till I forgot my purse. Realized and rush back and lucky the staffs return back my purse.Thank you a million to the staffs there. I found the service pretty fast and love my sandwich and Cajun rice!

There are a lot of places near by, not get in here. No sodas the time that i went. Shrimps was smaller than a coin, chicken was terrible.

I Loved The Food But The Damn Staff Are So Rude And unprofessional Cursing and yelling To Other Staff Playing Around no Manners What so Ever I Will Not Be returning Here Anymore.

Cashier was ok. One of the gentleman was cleaning off one of the tables & he dropped the cloth on floor, picked it up & used the same cloth to wiped the same table off WITH IT.

I left and went to school by uber. After talking to the unber driver for a bit she told me everyone knows that popeys on canel taste funny.Which apparently this popeyes been tasteing diffrent since they built it.

Its really gross, very clean place just food taste bad.

Dont go here if your hungry.

I like this location of Popeyes.It is manned by a crew that will help you to the table if you use a cane with your tray.A group is always cleaning tables and cleaning.Good location to sit and watch New Orleans go by......

Dried chicken & unfriendly service. Worst Popeye's we have Ever seen to.

The chicken sandwich wasn't able to be used as toilet paper. This is TEARABLE!!! GO to burger King.

This place gets a line (5-7 minute wait) late at night but be prepared

This was a strange set up. Food was served on a tray as if your dinning in even if you needed a to go order. After waiting in line to order then waiting for Your food you have to get into another line to have someone bag your to go order. Would not go here again.

Guess popeyes is in the market for chicken nuggets.. same size as McDonalds but x3 the price.

Not a bad spot. Not the cleanest location but you can't expect that much from such a busy Popeyes . The most important thing is the checked is fresh and delicious. Get their app for some deals.

I was really impressed with some of the staff here, especially the kitchen staff and a gentleman named Brian, he was on top everything was nice to us. This is my first time to New Orleans would definately come back. Someone promote that man.

It is one of the best tasting chicken in New Orleans the sides are unbelievable so keep doing what you doing Popeyes cuz we Louisiana's we love it

The rood was cold and I love popeyes but this was not that good

Good food, good service. The Cajun rice was nice and moist and the chicken was juicy.

I was greeted w/the attitude of enduring that was purchasing my order w/Popeye's Coupons and it was known by the Cashier, I was using Popeye's Chicken Coupons and the server act as, if she me the "chicken free". Service at this is poorly and unacceptable in the public business.

I was visiting new Orleans (which is a bucket list item) and I figured while in Louisiana might as well eat at a Louisiana restaurant.

SO rude. It's absolutely unnecessary. Food wasn't even that great. Definitely not worth the bad attitude you have to endure throughout the very slow line. Also if you're white I would advise against it. They're extremely racist and aggressive. Worst worst worst experience
