Expensive prices. Excessive interest. Horrible service. Poorly educated salespersons who mock the customer! I do not recommend it at all. I left there and went to the competitor and I am being very well attended and getting good discount! 1 star because it can not be ZERO!

I was well attended by the seller, but I was embarrassed by the manager's arrogance, by the fact that I received my broken purchase and made a point of exchanging (which is my right) and her duty, to serve me well.
Difficult to find a seller who wants to sell something, they seem to want to push for purchase on the internet! The management is very unaware of what goes on in the store!
I arrived in a huge empty shop. Sellers watching their cell phones. I went to the second floor and visualized the same scene. I asked about 4 burner stoves. They said they would call the specific seller. After long waiting time I decided to leave the store full of sellers and products and no customers .... Why would it be?
I went to make a change of a phone, and the manager was in a meeting and could not be interrupted (two were in a meeting) being that I had schedule .... I left without making the change, when a manager enters a meeting she needs to empower another person to perform .... that is to say, I know that many clients complain ... they make a scandal, and nothing changes.
Excellent service not to mention that they gave me a super discount I was met with great care and competence by the staff! Very good values compared to most popular stores!

Disappointing. I purchased a Lava and Dry Samsung machine at Ponto FRIO DE IPANEMA and the delivered product was installed by a technician hired at the same store. At the same time it was installed, it was found by the technician that the product came defective. The store is responsible for the exchange, but pushed the problem to Samsung, which only REPAIR products, does not exchange them. I went to the IPANEMA STORE, the store adopts the same procedure of pushing for SAMSUNG. I call SAMSUNG and the company says that the responsibility for the change lies with Ponto FRIO DE IPANEMA. Calling the store and being answered by phone is an impossible task. And the assistance of the Manager, Mrs. Jaqueline is very bad, involving unreasonable and endless bureaucracies that do not result in anything. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE ! Pessima experience at Ponto FRIO DE IPANEMA! I went in search of a blender, so the most affordable was priced at R $ 39.90 I opted for it, if at the time of closing the sale it jumped to 10, 00 reais more ... I avoided getting confused and accepted, after all it was only 10, 00 When it was time to pay simply THE CAIXA OPERATOR WAS AT LUNCH TIME AND NONE OF THE 10 STORE EMPLOYEES COULD RENDER ... And I wanted me to pay by card. What do you mean, now I no longer have free will if I choose how I want to pay ??? Confused system, several employees in the salon with no attitude of helping ... Poor quality! I won't be back there again ..
Everything is ok with the sale. What I come to portray here was in relation to delivery. People of the worst kind! I bought a refrigerator and at the time of delivery the "professionals" refused to go up a stairway. They really wanted to leave the fridge on the sidewalk! Then they announced that they would go up but that the refrigerator would not go through the door. (I already passed other refrigerators and bigger things through that door) and that would have to be removed. And who would remove the door was the truck driver who charged R $ 250.00 to do this. In short: he went through the door (of course) but broke the Hall sconce and left the entire staircase dirty with pieces of Styrofoam and scratched walls. A total lack of honesty and professionalism!

The store is good the problem is the after sales of LG. Poor maintenance service of the authorized MJC Nobrega in Rio de Janeiro and seems to be a problem of LG's authorized network. I waited a week for the service. I've been waiting a whole day. I warned that problem was a broken hose from the washer dryer. The clerk came and did not bring the hose for replacement, which would stay for another occasion. An absurdity. It is not worth buying LG products if maintenance is like this in Rio de Janeiro. The site of this authorized and other authorized in RJ are very poorly evaluated and if LG does not take action is because it does not care about the consumer in the after sale but only with the immediate sale of its products. I called an unauthorized person who decided to change the hose in the day. I received a call from LG that confirmed that the procedure of the authorized Nobrega was correct, as it is the inefficiency and the protocol that leads to the waste of time of the consumers is anticipated and accepted by LG. I have several LG products, I will rethink completely and start to deregister the purchase. That's the tip.
