I went to the IPANEMA STORE, the store adopts the same procedure of pushing for SAMSUNG. I call SAMSUNG and the company says that the responsibility for the change lies with Ponto FRIO DE IPANEMA. Calling the store and being answered by phone is an impossible task. And the assistance of the Manager, Mrs. Jaqueline is very bad, involving unreasonable and endless bureaucracies that do not result in anything. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE ! It is worth paying a little more and having decent service, compatible with what is expected from the consumer - seller / company relationship.
