Everything is ok with the sale. What I come to portray here was in relation to delivery. People of the worst kind! I bought a refrigerator and at the time of delivery the "professionals" refused to go up a stairway. They really wanted to leave the fridge on the sidewalk! Then they announced that they would go up but that the refrigerator would not go through the door. (I already passed other refrigerators and bigger things through that door) and that would have to be removed. And who would remove the door was the truck driver who charged R $ 250.00 to do this.
In short: he went through the door (of course) but broke the Hall sconce and left the entire staircase dirty with pieces of Styrofoam and scratched walls. A total lack of honesty and professionalism!
