Love the food here, the soulvaki kebabs are outstanding

Love their food. The place is centrally located, always busy, you may have to wait at times for a table. There are so many options to choose from the continental menu! Portions are generous and the food is delicious. The desserts are on display and are yum. They also serve iced tea in pitchers or in a tower, suitable for a group.

Ambiance is good. Apart from that, not happy with the service. Also, asked for Poutine, it wasn't available, asked for mozzarella fingers which wasn't available. Rest of the menu for veg are regular and can be available everywhere.

Food good , polite attendent , a few things were absent on dining table .

Situated inside the very famous WESTEND MALL, AUNDH, PUNE, Polka Dots is an amazing restaurant to dine at !!! Very costly, though - especially, beaware of an extra-ordinarily high amount of tax that they would end up charging you. Otherwise, awesome ambience, great service and nice staff members !!! I would definitely recommend visiting POLKA DOTS !!!

Best place.Good food.Far from my home But worth it.

Top class ambience and great service. With Zomato gold, it marks as a must go place for fine dining. However there will be times when menu would seem a little repetitive and monotonous. If they had a special rotating menu every week covering exotic cusines, they really can attract a lot more. Beware of the waiting time, as it can drag upto 30-40 minutes. Carry a book or make shopping plans for the mall.

Its an amazing place. You have to try this place out. Superb ambience and music. Delicious food . Superb drinks . Even the deserts are excellent. The way they present their food is a to another level. For non vegetarian its a paradise. In short its a must try atleast once.

Some of the best food I've tasted. Great quality, and a good variety of options. It'd be awesome if they had some eggless dessert options though.

This is a fantastic place to eat continental food. I love the way they have a limited but a variety of cuisine dishes which are excellent. I don't live in Pune anymore but it used to be our fav joint at one time. Five stars to this place!!

WORST PLACE EVER!! Please DON'T GO Here.
I have visited the old one which was in Aundh outside the mall.It used to be okay. They have now shifted to Westend mall in Aundh. The service here is worst than I have ever seen in any restaurant.Went on a Sunday evening.They made us wait for 5mins outside when half of the tables were unoccupied and not reserved. Finally we got seated and waited for a few minutes for some waiter to turn up to take our order.None came.We called out twice or thrice, but they acted as if they don't need customers. We also told the lady attendant at the entrance, but even she dint send any waiter.We spent almost 20mins waiting. I would like to tell the management of polka dots, we dont care what hifi food you are serving, but if you're not treating your customers right, don't think your restaurant business will ever work Your staff needs a lot of training on the actual meaning of the word 'hospitality'. Even a tea stall vendor treats his customers better. After all,we are paying for what we eat and we have a right to good service. I would never visit your place again, even if you serve for free. I wish I could give a negative rating.

Cute and sweet place to spend fun time with friends and family...

I went to Polka Dots with my friends. It was a get together after a long time. I am vegetarian and friends are non vegetarian.The food taste was good, but the quantity was very less. We ordered many things because of that only. They should work on the quantity as after getting 5k bill we felt little satisfied.

Absolutely lovely food, with mid end prices, great assortment of dishes and beverages available here. Good ambiance too.
Please be aware that there's a wait time on weekends so please book your table in advance if you're planning to visit.

The food is not worth the price. The service is very slow. The food Quality and taste doesn't match the charges they take for it. Highly NOT recommended!!

It s a very Good place for food lovers who want to try food from around the world ... here I love Thai Food... here you will get authentic Thai test... beers are there and few options for whiskey... bar menu is not big but Rates are reasonable and offers going on from afternoon till 8 pm it s Preety good... you will get Draught beer 1+1... it s cheaper... nice place for shot meeting and family Lunch and Dinner

This place has just gotten better ever since it shifted to Westend mall. The ambience is just perfect. The place appears lively yet at the same time very homely and comfortable. We ordered a plate of nachos a little bit urgently as we were really hungry, the staff actually did bring the nachos as quickly as they could. The pizza we ordered was hot and tasty. The veggies used were very fresh. Staff is amazingly co-operative. The mojitos and mocktails are fantastic. Honorable mention for the nachos, they were amazing.

Great food and variety. Prices are on the upper side though.

Food was really tasty. Being a weekday we got the seat we liked. Staff ia pretty cool and courteous.

The drinks were watered down. The food was okay. This is an expensive place.

Their indian food is bad. The tandoori rotis were hard and there mutton was undercooked. I also ordered bruschetta, where the bread was cold and hard. The only good thing according to me was the iced tea. On top of that they took a lot of time to fulfil my order. Overall not a good experience.

Food was great, and ambience was good, with wooden chairs and tables lit with golden yellow lights, it gave a nice feel, overall it was very good. I would have given 5 stars, but I wanted prawns and they didn't have it, and I chose some deserts as well. They didn't even have half the desserts.

Food is ok ok. Address of place is changed. Servants are very slow. Quantity of food is very less. One dish can serve only2 or at the max 3. Desserts are good. Mocktails are very limited options. Happy hours servings are good. And no restrooms in the restaurant you have to walk out. But starters are good.

Great place for a casual, laid back dining experience.
I would recommend chicken with red paprika, Traditional roast chicken, Praprika Chicken and Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup.
In desserts, we love the Banofee Pie. Apple Pie is horrible.

Were really impressed with the ambience of this place when we entered here. Perfect place for a couple to enjoy the evening with light music and cozy seating. Can t find any flaws with the place as such ... be it table arrangements, lighting or music.

Also one more thing worth appreciating which I noticed was their staff is all middle aged men s (35+), unlike the younger people which I get to see at every other bar these days, but they are patient and polite.

A start less as the food was not up to the mark (or may be we made wrong choices while ordering). The nachos were named as loaded Cheese nachos but one could really count the toppings they had on the nachos on one s finger tips. I have had way to better nachos than this. Then came the Mediterranean salad which turned out to be minced veggies which we had never thought of while ordering. And lastly came the Italian paneer dish with rice which was finally something better.

A nice multi cuisine restaurant with a verity of food from different places. The staff is courteous and service is good. Decent ambiance. Highly recommended place if one is looking for different cuisine from different geographies..

Food is good, however service is not up to mark for fine dine Resto.. Rude and unaplogetic manager.. Servers lack training and finness of dealing with high value customers. They have upgraded from a corner cafe to a swanky place however have forgotten to upgrade the service standards and continue to operate in same mode..

Had Ordered 'Con Gamberetti' {Shrimps with peppers, Onion, Garlic ,Spinach in four cheese sauce}
Definetly they kept us waiting for more than half hour. . But when the order arrived ! OMG! We just lost the track of time & the world !!! It was so damn finger licking delicious!!!! Slrrppp!!!
If you are prawns or pasta lover then definetly this is something to die for !!!!

Have frequently visited this place, before they relocated as well.. I love a few items on the menu.. They were consistently good.. Oddly after moving in to the westend mall, their service was hugely disappointing...

Polka Dots!

Polka Dots is located in westend mall and one of the oldest restaurant in Aundh. I have visited the old place many times but this was my first visit to the outlet which Is now shifted in the westend mall. The interior of this new place is much better compared to the old one and is pleasant. They have only indoor seating space and the seating is super comfortable. I visited this place last week along with my friends for dinner.

Booking was done via PEO app. There was some issue with the device at Polka Dots so my reservation was not getting confirmed. As usual Aniruddha Patil helped me in getting the contact number of concerned person and my table got confirmed.

Tom Kha: Thai Ginger and Coconut milk medium thick broth with small pieces of chicken had a slight spicy punch which was really soothing; it was spicy and slightly sour and was superb in taste. #highlyrecommended

Ramen Vegetable: It had veg broth with noodles, assorted veggies, ginger, garlic done along with chilli garlic and soya sauce, it was thin in consistency and was superb in taste. It was indeed a full meal in itself. #Recommended

Jamican Jerk Chicken: Small chicken pieces with medium spicy marination was served on skewers and was superb in taste. The Chicken pieces were well cooked and were juicy. #Recommended

Garlic Toast with Cheese: 5 pieces of bread topped with good quantity of cheese, garlic was superbly done. The actual dish didn t have green chilies in the same and we had asked the service guy to add some green chilies on it. The bread had crispy edges and was covered evenly with nicely melted cheese. #Highlyrecommended

Vegetarina Pizza : Thin Crust pizza with toppings of Asparagus, Zucchini, Broccoli, Corn, Black Olives, BBQ Paneer, Jalapenos and good quantity of Mozzarella Cheese was good in taste. The base was nicely baked.

Death By Chocolate: Triple Layer Chocolate cake was served with rich chocolate sauce. The outer layer was thick chocolate which was slighty hard with moist and spongy cake in between; it was outstanding. A perfect ending to our dinner. #Musthave

Overall: Service was prompt and restaurant was hygienic. Mr Chaman who was serving us was polite and friendly. We availed flat 15% PEO Disc and saved around 337 Rs. There was nice music being played in the background which was not loud and perfect to lift up your mood. Polka dots is one of my favorite places and I will visit this place again for sure.
