An elegant hotel in a often-crowded mall. If you want to unwind after shopping with a meal plate and a drink, this is the place for you. The menu is not very wide but everything on it is worth. Don't be surprised if you get a waiting though.

I have been dining at Polka Dots for several years. The food is awesome. However, the restaurant is now cheating customers by a sudden increase in menu item rates by almost Rs.50 due to reduction in GST rates!! Didn't expect this from such a popular chain.

They serve both Italian and Indian food as well and on budget. Food is good special mention to cheese balls, mocktails are awesome.

It is doing a good job and would expect the quality to remain as is . Cost per 2 pax. would easily be 1500/- but it will be worth

Lovel ambiance .. located at ground floor of the westend mall. Their food has a special touch to it. Every dish is served in a unique way and the taste and quality is well maintained. It's always a busy restaurant so better be early or book a table. They also serve some good deserts... Must try when in westend mall..
Looking at how expensive their food is, I was expecting something great and at the least filling. Unfortunately my visit was a waste of money, the food was mediocre at best. I've eaten better for cheaper

Always a good place to go for comfort food. My family and I love going here once a month. The food and quality and almost always very good. Only the rare disappointment. It can get packed in the nights and especially weekends. Its a multi-cuisine restaurant so there's something for every taste bud.
Food is average. Don't waste your time ordering Asian food, as the place serves even Pad Thai like it were Sabudana Khichdi (soggy, similar spice level and no taste). The fish dishes are good, although there could be some jasmine rice along with it. Their mocktails are yummy, but their service sucks. Waiters are too laid back and even bored of serving.
Not the good option for vegetarians, lacks in some facilities as compared to pricing.

Lovely place, tasty food, provided you know what to order. Nice ambience. Quiet. We order paprika chicken, ravioli, penne pasta, some mocktail and some prawns. Everything was tasty. It's a classy restaurant.

Price and slow service aside, the gastric experience was insane. Well worth it. Teriyaki chicken with rice is a must try. Fish and chips are nice. Highly recommended.
