I have visited the old one which was in Aundh outside the mall.It used to be okay. They have now shifted to Westend mall in Aundh. The service here is worst than I have ever seen in any restaurant.Went on a Sunday evening.They made us wait for 5mins outside when half of the tables were unoccupied and not reserved. Finally we got seated and waited for a few minutes for some waiter to turn up to take our order.None came.We called out twice or thrice, but they acted as if they don't need customers. We also told the lady attendant at the entrance, but even she dint send any waiter.We spent almost 20mins waiting. I would like to tell the management of polka dots, we dont care what hifi food you are serving, but if you're not treating your customers right, don't think your restaurant business will ever work Your staff needs a lot of training on the actual meaning of the word 'hospitality'. Even a tea stall vendor treats his customers better. After all,we are paying for what we eat and we have a right to good service. I would never visit your place again, even if you serve for free. I wish I could give a negative rating.
