Love this place. It has become an annual trip every year. A group goes up and we rent a cabin on the golf course. The weekend golf package is worth it too. Around $350 for 3 days of golf, food, and housing. Course is nice too with each hole separate from the other (except for one small area).

I've been 3 times over the past 5 years and it's always a good time! It's under new management and a few of the things the kids enjoyed were not there which was disappointing (laser tag, bungy bounce, zip line) but I am hearing they are going to do some major renovations. Let's hope they are great improvements! Love the tiki bar, happy hour, karaoke for kids and adults, contests and shows.... a lot to do and never bored.

We go to Point Sebago for the Maine Lakes Brewfest every year and rent one of the trailer cabins. This is a great event and the staff and grounds of Point Sebago are well maintained and the lodging is acceptable. Due to the campground atmosphere the offerings are basic but acceptable.

(The brewfest is great. More than 30 breweries/cider sellers participated)

Very nice place, Golf carts are cool, Beach is nice, No pool :(. Clean and plenty of things to do, Place is very very money hungry for you money though. Just a zip line is $15.00 (No body doing is because its too much $$, Food was pricey, Even the ice cream sundae did not include whip cream (It was EXTRA) Family game carnival night was truly a carnival rip off but if you did have luck to win you were rewarded with a $1.00 toy. Drinks were pricey, food was pricey, Rentals of outdoor toys was EXTREMLY pricey. When I brought it the attendants attention she said we have a short season so the owners try to make all the money in the time aloud. Just a paddle board was $20.00 hour. Would be a better place if they were more generous with not ripping their customers off as much. I know everyone has to make money but they could do it and let everyone have more fun. (For example zip line 1 try $15.00?? we had 12 people whom would of loved to do it but not for $180.00 for all of us. But overall the grounds are nice.

Beautifully situated on Lake Sebago, the resort offers pricey trailers with electricity, running water, and cooking facilities. The marina offers boats for rent by the half day, day, and week. There is also an arcade, a mini golf course, access to a real golf course, a private beach, and pricey, mediocre dining options. Kitschy activities are available for the kids. The small "general store" offers very little in the way of practical amenities; there is a supermarket and Wal-Mart in Wyndham, about a 20 minute drive away. The reasonably priced and well-made cocktails at the bar help to maintain sanity. Staff is attentive, but the management style appears to be one of "benign neglect."

It's beautiful here. They just lost the family that's been in charge of the entertainment for the last 20 years, so I wonder how that'll be going forward. It was a wonderful place and the lake is stunning!

Few activities for kids ages 16-18 compared to other ages. Awesome WIFI great for downloading Netflix before a rain storm on our 4 day vacation here. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the golf carts make getting around really easy. A little expensive, but definitely a great experience.

Helpful staff, very clean, great beach, gorgeous lake!! The golf course is one of the best and a lot of fun. Food is also good.

Suggestion----- Tiki bar on the beach should be playing music outside always, not just once and a while. Caribbean type music would be nice!!

We had a great time here we will definitely be making this an annual trip with family. Awesome Halloween festivities. So much fun driving the golf cart around, the place is huge. Go in a field at night and look at the stars!

My husband and I were the MC and DJ for a wedding on 9/14/19. Ruth was the coordinator and was wonderful to work with. She was so attentive to the wedding AND she was running the Spirit festival as well! An amazing experience and we hope to have the opportunity to work with Ruth again.

This is NOT a pet friendly place! You can't take your dog off your lot with out a 400$ cart you rent from them. Kids get yelled at for riding their bikes.
If you want to go somewhere that you CAN NOT have fun at, that by all means check out this place. This is definitely the NO FUN ZONE

This is a very nice campground. Plenty of activities going on, lots of stuff to do, showers are free and clean. Its pretty great! They're not too pet friendly however and some of their rules are odd, but over all it is a great campground!

We've been going here for years. Seems every year we've gotten less for more money. First year they had a huge breakfast buffet with real plates and cups, and a nice variety of items. They even included a couple passes for the buffet with our week long booking, great for our family of 5. Then over time, the free passes disappeard, paper plates, and the food offerings were scaled way back. Now they allow dogs in any area, great if your a dog owner, but we enjoyed the quite of the dog free areas. Oh, and watch out for psychotic teenage golf cart drivers. If you enjoy dodging a golf cart coming around a blind corner on 2 wheels, driven by a 14 year old, with a couple more hanging off the back, you'll love this place!

Unacceptable. The cost far outweighs the value. When Cove bought Point Sebago in 2018 from the Gould family, the site went down hill at an alarming pace. So many of their photos on the site now are wrong. Those activities are not there anymore. Cove took 'em down, did not keep the Margarita, do not have evening beach activities for the kids the way the Gould family did. Today, August 2020, Point Sebago is just the address NOT the resort. No discounts for a lesser vacation was ever mentioned by Cove.
I paid full price for this 'pizza' while Cove gave me 4 'slices' while the reservation person, Laura sounded so sorry some things were closed due to the virus. Then where is my discount? no no you pay full price. No life guards, at the beach, the beach is open for anything you want to do, any float you want to bring, swim way out beyond the ropes.
Very limited staff cleaning the grounds. My trailer (not cabin) had a 'funny smell'. I think some critter had died under it. My trailer was not level; like waking downhill every time I walked from one end to the other. The laminate flooring would 'crinkle' ...lift up as we walked on it. Prices in the snack bar went way up with portions about half of the previous years. We didn't go in the restaurant this year for breakfast since the food has been so mediocre. With a high price.
So: false advertising, brochure calls a trailer a cabin (sounds more cozy doesn't it), short staff, not clean, no key deposit return, more money for less food, no activities for kids after dinner....we've been going here for 8 years and will not continue. We've watched the way it used to be, now it's unacceptable.

I am not one to give bad reviews but honestly this place was a terrible experience for cabins. The bed made so much noise if you barely touched them it could wake the dead. They charged $20 for bedding that they must have gotten from the cheapest place they could and they left it for you in a ripped up garbage bag. They clearly didn t clean the place too. We honestly hated the whole experience.

Usually it is a five but they are doing the parks over so no place for my child to play, the bathroom was dirty with pee still on the seat, golf cart dies second day had cigarette butts in it. I feel like they didn't care about the guests this week because it is discounted.

Point Sebago Spirit Festival, what a great way to get hammered! Lol. Actually the Stroudwater double barrel, New England distillery Bourbon and the Old Port Bourbon were stand outs. Way to go Maine local distillers!!!!

I have lived in Maine for 40 years and last week was my first stay at Point Sebeago. I wish I had found it sooner. Every staff member I encountered from maintenance to the office was super friendly and helpful (especially Katie in the office) We stayed in one of the designer cabins it was really cute and comfortable. The Covid restrictions on out of state guests made our stay even better although there still seemed to be a few there. The beaches and common areas were clean and well kept. We definitely will be back and have given rave reviews to our friends and family.

Way Too expensive for minimal services. 13 year olds driving golf carts, no security present, Since when is an activity lemonade and snack bar being open Poor WiFi, very limited snack bar items, ice cream flavors always sold out, store items doubled in prices this year, smaller portions and higher prices at the snack bar. Ice cream bar only open 2 hours at a time. It s very sad to see Larry Gould s vision fade away.

I've only been there for my company's annual summer party and the location is nice. The beach and swim area are great for kids. They set up the event really great for us, the service is good, and the staff are friendly.

Been going here for years and have stayed with friends, won a free stay in a park model, and last week first time in the new RV. Always a good time with easy access to beaches, fishing, store, arcade, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, etc. Hoping brewfest is open this year!

The team at Point Sebago have been nothing short of wonderful to work with. We booked a place to stay for a week this summer and due to medical reasons we could not make our trip. We were past the cancellation window but the staff worked on our behalf to get the refund processed. They were sincerely caring throughout the entire process. We are truly disappointed that we did not get to stay but look forward to the opportunity to be able to do so another summer. Their customer service is top notch, so I can only imagine they help to make the memories wonderful while staying on-site.

Love this place. Been here every year for vacation since 2008 or 9. They have lots of room for aesthetic improvement though. Like paving the roads and adding a dog park somewhere in the resort.
