Cool compound. They have a bunch of small homes for your hotel room. There is a beach, tennis and golf. They have an outdoor restaurant. Splash pad and small playground for younger kids. You can rent a golf cart too, the grounds are huge. The lake is awesome, clear water.

This was beautiful place to visit. The grounds were well maintain with many things to do. The lake was crystal clear for swimming.
We stay here when we went RVing in Maine. Check-in was quick and easy. Everything we needed was ready to go when we arrive.

It s ok .

It s ok .
It s a bit over priced, it s very crowded.
Very good amenities, but again your competing with a lot of folks for use of those amenities , things run out , things book full , access limits fill up very quick.
Services is very good
Lodging is average a bit dated for what the price is.
Expect to get hit in your wallet at every turn .
mostly pet friendly , extremely kid friendly.
Expect to see kids of all age everywhere from 9am-9pm at a minimum.
A lot of it comes down what style of vacation you are .
From a Covid stand point if your mask stickler. Don t come to Maine or here . I would say it s 80 percent no masks .

This resort was nice and very clean! We stayed in a cabin, which was small (600 square feet) but it served us for the 4 days we were there. We enjoyed going in the lake, paddle boarding, and riding around in a rented golf cart. The staff was friendly and seemed to be well appointed to the area they worked in. We really enjoyed the teen "voice" contest, especially the enthusiastic staff which made the contest fun, fun, fun! Most things are not included in the price of staying at the resort, though, so be prepared to pay for activities and crafts.

This campground is well kept We went for murder mystery weekend which was a blast,y husband even won second place! It gets deducted stars because of it's lack of a dog park and their rules about dogs not being allowed to walk around the campground. There is no where to off leash your dog and we were restricted to only the loop we were staying on which made it very difficult to excersise her. If we wanted to walk her anywhere they told us we would have to drive her to the entrance (remember dogs aren't allowed to walk around the campground) and then we could walk her around and that there was a river we could swim her at.

They do have a section of sites for families with dogs but technically your pouch isn't suppose to leave the site. You can't take them for walks through the camp ground. NOPE not allowed, so much for a pet friendly camp ground. I most likely won't be coming back!!!!!!!!

Summer 2018 - some trailers are starting to show their age. New owner has taken over, hopefully upgrades will follow. The renovations to Sebago Square are great and the food at the restaurants was improved this year. Late August staffing is an issue.

We visited the Resort several years ago and found it to be extremely expensive and not kid friendly due to the fact that kids are not allowed in certain areas. We decided to try it again this year with friends and found nothing had changed but gotten worse. We arrived early checked in (paid and handed a packet) then we were told we had to park our truck and trailer in the lot and wait until 3:00 to enter. We had to wait 3 hours in the lot. The staff was unfriendly and paid no attention to customer service. The activities people were more into conversation with their friends than the kids they were supposed to be paying attention to. Our kids were mandated to wear bands around their wrists for the whole week (the purpose eludes me). It took us seven years to go back and it will be never to return. There are better campgrounds with friendlier service to give your hard earned money to than this place.

Eggs Benedict Was overcooked. waitress totally forgot about me and my girlfriend after serving food she was 5 feet from us and was literally avoiding any eyecontact. I had to pay for my own bill at the counter. the turnover would be much quicker if they would get you in and out.

I really love Point Sebago! They do a great job with everything here... I generally come within their first or second weekend of the season and they do a great job as they work out all the kinks of reopening!

Very expensive unless you go on a week they offer coupons. $15 an hr for kayak rental is very high. $100 hr for jet ski. I'd rather pay 25 cents for a shower and have one that doesn't trickle and is private. Activities you find inclusive at other campgrounds cost here.

We have been coming to Point Sebago for about 10 years now, and I can't say enough about it. Activities, games, and entertainment for all ages. Out family sets up a year in advance the site that we will be staying at just to make sure it is available. In a decade I have never had a rude emlpoyee. Our family will be coming here for our vacations until I literally can't physically do it anymore.

My children and I went to the Reggae Fest this past weekend. One of the things that I absolutely DID NOT like was that we walked with our wagon filled with our small cooler, chairs and beach stuff all the way from the parking lot and across More

I have been coming to point sebago for about 45 years. 1st camping with an RV on white road, tent camping and renting cottages. 22 years ago we bought our cottage and have had many many years of memories. This year was different in so many ways, and i believe point sebago did a great job trying to make everyones vacation fun. For some people who are complaining about lack of activities and other amenities, should realize PS did what they could with all the restrictions from the state oh and there is a pandemic going on. Some people just want to complain no matter what.

Im sure next year we will be back to normal and with all the great activites missed this year . Along with a great 50th anniversary
party.

Thank you for another year of relaxation, beautiful scenery and a great vacation.... now onto Halloween!!

This was our first visit and we loved it. We were camping and our site was very spacious and wooded. You did not feel cramped like some other popular camp sites. The lake and beach were beautiful. It was off-site season so there were no crowds. The only negatives were that for camping essentials the store was not well stocked and the wood they sold was damp making it more challenging to get a fire going. There also weren't too many 'activities' going on but again, it's because we were post-season. Definitely will go back.

Stayed with a friend. The people that work at this resort are awesome. The rules are strict enough to have order, but lazy enough to still have a great time. Highly recommended! This is our favorite summer desitiation.

Have been going to Point Sebago for many many years. Since my husband and I discovered this campground we are now up to about 50 family members that rent many cabins on Acorn Rd. This is the only downfall. These cabins are very old. They need to be updated. Other than that we have made many happy memories that we will cherish. Thank you.
