BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER. ABOVE COMMENTS ABOUT MONEY DOES NOT MAKE MUCH SENSE. ITS A RESORT THINGS AND FOOD COST MONEY. SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES OF THE FAMILY. FOOD IS NORMAL PRICE. PITCHERS OF BEER AT HAPPY HOUR ARE 8 BUCKS. STAFF IS GREAT.. WILL BE GOING BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE.

They do a great job creating an atmosphere for family fun but growing up we used to get so many fine for stupid things like leaving our bikes in the grass or being out past 11. Hopefully this changes

Great place for the family or for couples. Beautiful Lake to swim in, miniature golf course other entertainment are, zipline over the wate, what more can you ask for, a nice warm water swim, sunny skies and a beautiful beach go and enjoy with your family and friends.

Resort overall is nice and good family vacation resort, front office staff was polite and helpful. Came with multiple family and friends. Restaurant food is awful especially for the price, drinks are good but over priced. Next trip better off eating off the resort at local restaurants.

The place has always been great, new ownership and some structural changes have added to that, it is a great place for parents to socialize with parents while kids do their thing, better to be part of big group but not a necessity. Self-contained, multi-activity, games and competitions for all ages...you really don't need to go off campus, except for big shopping and workouts, I do wish they had a gym on site.

Camp sites: they were a bit tight. Lots of campers packed in. Our view was of the neighbors camper. The park homes were nice and on the water. What a treat.

One down side to the campsites is they were recently covered with reclaim asphalt. Made a mess not the best surface for camping.

Kid activities: great. They had camp sessions that matched up with adult activities and allowed both to do their own thing.

Prices:a bit on the high side. But the kid activities were free and lots of other activities were no cost. So overall not to bad for what was available.

Beach is great. Swimming and boats rides were a blast. Zip line was $15 but for the experience. It was good Golf carts, a loads of fun.

Overall solid 5 days. We would love to come back. Probably not worth the extra to go during the "on season" prices.

Had a great time except for the buffet. They should be ashamed to serve
the low grade disgusting food. Cold chowder, the hamburger was not 100% beef, and the place was dirty. Other than that the resort has everything for a great time. Also drinks for the buffet were limited to 3 choices and they all sucked.

Wonderful party with family and friends to celebrate a special occasion. Problems with accommodations as I would not recommend renting cottages near beach pavillion. Mattresses on all beds were the worst I've ever seen. So uncomfortable that futon was superior and we all know futons are notoriously extremely uncomfortable. $5.00 rental on each key. Only one issued. Standard policy to issue 2 keys with any rental anywhere ive ever been but staff omitted that information at time of reservation

No hot water 1st night. Even after staff repaired, temperature was lukewarm at best.

For the price of a weekend reservation, these problems are not acceptable at a resort of Point Sebago's

Pros: The ducks are very friendly and will walk right up to you if you are patient
Neutral: The staff is polite and helpful, and the lake is warm and comfortable to swim or wade in.
Cons: I find it ridiculous that only four adults (21+) are allowed per site. i imagine there is a good reason for this but i have yet to hear one. Various vehicles drive around all hours of the night, despite curfew being 11pm.

Spend a lot of time at the resort, it s a nice lakefront family getaway. Amenities are a nice touch, even though we don t use many of them. We enjoy the outdoor concerts this year, but generally spend the days on the boat. Biggest problem I see is cooperate culture slowly (or rather quickly) eat away at what used to be a great family resort.

What used to be a place where everyone knows your name, and families looked forward to their weekly vacations and seeing those same smiling faces. Is now turning into a cooperate run, money hungry establishment.

We, and most guests, enjoy the campground feel, we don t expect a 5 star resort, nor do we expect to pay for a 5 star resort. We have witnessed weekly, seasonal, and association costs skyrocket in the short timing of new ownership. I sincerely hope this is NOT a sign of what s to come in the future.

Best place! I m going in a couple weeks! I have been so excited and I have been going for 11 years. All the staff are great and nice the activities are amazing!! The cabins are small but great to get away to a resort! That s 5 stars!

It used to be cheap to go camping, not anymore. Same every year but it keeps getting more expensive. It's a great place for little kids. Lots for them to do, but then you have to deal with parents not parenting their little angels.

It was a lot bigger than I was expecting. The beach area was clean and even though it was busy, there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The mini golf course was small but still fun. Overall a great place to go.

I absolutely love this place! This is the first year we've camped here, we've gone twice this month. Keep in mind we went during Covid-19 where some things are different then normal but we still had a blast! We camp in tents but rented and RV site because we like the location of site 801. It's a corner site so you only have one neighbor (although the sites do feel pretty private because they're separated by trees) it's close to Sebago Square (camp store, guest hub to get free sports equipment, modern arcade, beach grill, ice cream bar, new Mexican food truck etc.) Close the the beach, boat rentals and all the main buildings. The Tiki bar and restaurant is just down the beach.. The camp store has everything you could imagine, including a very large beer selection and wine.. The best part about this place is the endless activities for the kids. The mini golf was a big hit for my kids along with the sports center where there's tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickle ball, horseshoes, basketball courts etc. They have a few playgrounds and tournaments of all kinds almost daily. There was live entertainment throughout the day one Saturday. We did try to rent a boat but they were sold out, I'd definitely recommend reserving one in advance if you plan on using one. This is a new favorite that we will definitely be returning to each year.

Point Sebago is an incredible lakeside resort. It is unlike any other camping experience in Maine. They have a beautiful private beach, plenty of activities, friendly staff, and an amazing view of the mountains surrounding Sebago lake. I've been here many times for company outings and to stay as a guest. I love it here.

Great place to vacation especially with kids 3- 13 . Activities for all. Boat rentals on site reasonably priced . Complex is extremely clean ,Beach is groomed every day spotless not trash. Ice stand down at pavilion great prices along with a snack bar. Events all day long for adults options of leaving kids with camp counselors. Gated secure community with 9 Hole golf course on site. A great family hide away .

The pirates were not nearly as good as the old ones.3 times I heard someone tell someone else to go ahead and punch out. The food wasn't as good either. On the other hand the kid's had a good time and that's what's important. See you next year.

Place is the best for a summer vacation on the lake. All the amenities you would need right there. A place we will be going to for years to come in year 9 already!!!!. Only issue I have is they need much better cleaning of the cabins!

We like the location, great neighbors decent food. But the restaurant has a very limited menu and I fell and was hurt badly enough to have to go to the hospital and I was told someone would check on me but no ever did! I hope the step going into the building from the restaurant has been marked well now. One more thing! No Rocky Horror show!!!!

My biggest complaint about this place is that you pay $2k for a park home for one week, and there's no wifi! Look, it's 2018. People depend on their phones and devices for literally everything. From checking in at home or work, to researching activities,, to giving the kids some down time, etc. For them to only have wifi in one spot in the entire resort is inexcusable. I would d have given the place 4 stars if it wasn't for this. They need to do better. This is not a campground. It's billed as a resort. Resorts have wifi.

Point sebago offers some great pkg deals for golf, fishing or just a relaxing getaway!!! Golf on there pituresque golf course with not only beautiful views off every tee box, but a challenging course aswell! Dog legs n blind landing areas off the tee, Or go for it or end up in trouble if your not straight off the tee!!! For the fishermen a beatuiful lake with an over abundance of lake trout!!! A challenging bass fishery which i just took place in this past wed-fri! The Eastern Regional Championship which hosted by the maine b.a.s.s nation and Point sebago resort which was awesome but the bass fishing was tough to say the least! The ammentities at point sebago are amazing!!! So pack up the family and make it a wk the kids will remember forever or get your fousome together and take on the golf course! Like i said in the begining great pkg deals with food include or cook yourself! Fun fun time just wish the fishing was better!!!

I stayed in a motor home during the COVID fiasco. The resort has a lot to offer...a lovely, peaceful setting. Beach and lots of water activities. Friendly staff. However, the wifi is so weak, you can't even bring up any site at all and the cable was either frozen or very grainy. If they are going to charge resort prices, they really need to address this infrastructure.

This is our 10th year coming to Sebago. We come up and stay in they same site every 4th of July week (fireworks tonight!). We have made many friends over the years who do the same. There is something to do every minute of the day. It is much more of a resort than a campground, with the benefit of smores on your fire at the end of the night. Beach, watercraft rentals, activities, arcade, restaurant, bars, comedians and 'broadway' shows. You will never be bored! Looking forward to coming back every year for the foreseeable future!

Let me preface this review by saying that it is primarily geared toward the Halloween theme weekend. For the second time this season, we were thoroughly disappointed with some of the decisions that have been made by Cove. Halloween weekend has been a tradition for our family and this year just wasn't the same. With the exception of a few blow-ups, there were no decorations or props in Sebago Square, and no center canopy with cider/hot chocolate. The Creepy Carnival was, in a word, lame. If you're going to call it a carnival, make it a carnival similar to the weekly carnival during the summer. Beetlejuice has been there every year that I can recall but not this year. The "complaint department" and "problem solver" display during the hayride seemed like a pretty loud and clear message from new ownership that their aim to create camaraderie and a village-like atmosphere is not the priority. All in all, the festivities were sort of one disappointment after another. Sorry Cove, but your efforts this weekend were an epic failure compared to those of PS in past years.

Best vacation! Point sebago is a bit pricey on a few things but they make up for it with all the cool things to do! My parents have gone there for 39 Years! I have only gone for 12 but I know that I will continue going every year!

Prices were high but other than that it was fine, except for the gas pumps, it is impossible to fuel up a boat because the company that sells the gas also rents boats out and will not sell to anyone else despite advertising that they will. In short if point sebago would fix the situation with the gas pumps they would be running a fine establishment
