Really really bad and up to the point that I'm speechless. (1) The service is extremely slow. They take more than two month to complete a service and when I call, I was told they have 4 months to serve so it's not expired yet. Man, I don't know what to respond. (2) They take more than a week to upload the aff of serv after they served. (3) They don't read and don't follow the instruction of the request sheet and I have to highlight the important messages. (4) Their billing dept is a mess too. Can't stand them.

Excellent customer service and overall work product. Have used them for years and have never had one issue. Thanks to everyone including Harry, Linda, Mickey and Kayla for your hard work day in and day out!

I have been trying to get my ex served divorce papers for almost 7 months now. I went through four different process servers, who were all unsuccessful. Within a week, PM Legal got him served! I cried after finding out that my divorce papers were finally served. I can't thank PM Legal enough for their fast service and for keeping in touch with me every step of the way. I am in the legal field and will be using them from now on for all my service needs.
